New articlesEdit
Please feel free to list your new United States Government-related articles here (newer articles at the top, please). - Communications School (United States Marine Corps) - I couldn't find a better place for this project - if there is a US Military project, it should probably be moved there. From what I've seen it's one person editing the page, but it does seem to be notable. Needs a lot of work.
- Electronic Prescriptions for Controlled Substances - a brand new article - modifies DEA regulations to permit the use of electronic prescribing for controlled substances.
- Panetta Review - brand new article about a secret internal review of the CIA's Bush-era enhanced interrogation techniques
Review and assessmentEdit
Tagging and AssessmentEdit
Any articles that are within the scope of this project should be tagged with {{WikiProject United States|class=|importance=|USGov=yes|USGov-importance=}}
banner. The resulting article ratings are used within the project to help in recognizing excellent contributions and identifying topics in need of further work. They also play a role in the WP:1.0 program, which the WikiProject uses to help automate some of the assessing process.
- The template should be placed on the talk pages of relevant articles to put them under the project's radar. It looks like this:
WikiProject United States / Government | (Rated Project-class) | ||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
|
The assessment is done in a distributed fashion through parameters in the {{WikiProject United States}} project banner; this causes the articles to be placed in the appropriate sub-categories of Category:United States Government articles by quality. WP:1.0 also produces a statistics page, and a log of articles assessed.
