Your comment on Trap Mafia page edit

Non-intelligent Wikipedia user. As a Producer in Trap Mafia, Mvrino, I'll be first to say, PichPich, you are absolutely incorrect about the allegations you are preceding to make. You're honestly wasting your time. Trap Mafia Beatz is legit. We are active on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Snapchat where our presence is greatly felt. You don't know what you're talking about. You are very un-informed in music production obviously. A "type beat" on YouTube is not an "un-solicited YouTube remix". It is simply a "type beat". A TYPE of BEAT influenced by an artist or producer of higher ranking. Hence the video labels "808 Mafia x Future type beat". They influenced the beat, they are not a part of the beats creation. Also, our websites are NOT dead. They were under construction at the time you attempted to use the links. Click the links now. They'll take you right to our sites where you can purchase and/or listen to a wide array of beats. Don't ever claim that we are "non-notable". We have a lot of credit in this industry. And anyone who is mentioned in our production credits on that Wikipedia page, we HAVE worked with. The is no need to lie about it. I have contact to the artists and producers myself. And I'll contact them for you if you need further "dumbing-down" of this altercation. Congratulations PichPich, you've wasted your time. Have a good day.

At the end of the day, you have to show that Trap Mafia meets the notability criterion of Wikipedia and I have yet to see significant coverage of Trap Mafia in reliable, third-party sources. I am definitely open to changing my mind if you can provide signs of that. Pichpich (talk) 17:22, 25 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
[[User:Trap Mafia Beatz|Trap Mafia Beatz] Also since we are so "non-notable" how about you look up our songs. Here is every song that we have with our credited artists: Costra Nostra Yayo - Everyday ft. Strap Da Fool (of Travis Porter) [Prod. By Trap Mafia] | Go Yayo - Scando [Prod. By Trap Mafia] | Go Yayo - Big Homie [Prod. By Trap Mafia] | Cosa Nostra Kidd - Holy Moly ft. Skooly [Prod. By Cosa Nostra Beats of Trap Mafia] | Young Goldie - MMM [Prod. By Cosa Nostra Beats of Trap Mafia] | Costra Nostra Kidd - Stop Cappin' ft. Street Money Boochie [Prod. By Cosa Nostra Beats of Trap Mafia] | Jiggy Jaxx - Runnin' Thru These Bandz ft. Asco100k [Prod. By Roscoe Beatz of Trap Mafia] | Trula Gang - On My Head [Prod. By Trap Mafia] (206.127.141.20 (talk) 14:34, 29 January 2016 (UTC))

That is hard proof of all of our credits. YouTube, Soundcloud, Google. Look them up. Since this is such a big deal. I am new to Wiki. I don't know how to get my page to look all fancy. Give me a break. My page will not be deleted because I have proven our notability. Are you happy now? Dear lord above! If it's not one thing its another. I've proven you wrong in terms of notability. So there's nothing left to discuss between us. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hassanfurrwiki (talkcontribs) 14:45, 29 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Let me reiterate that the issue here is that Trap Mafia has not received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject. The list above does not address this issue. Note that notability is not inherited and in any case, it's not clear that any of the artists above are notable to start with. Finally, let me remind you that you are currently editing with a conflict of interest. Wikipedia is not a social networking service or free web host and you can't create "Wikipedia presence" like you create "Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/YouTube presence". Hi how do I stop the smoking rocket page being deleted, I'm the director and we have been feature on adverts built sites for famous athletes and won lots of awards I just need to know how to edit it correctly and stop it being deleted. BarrypTitmas (talk) 20:04, 28 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi. What you need is coverage of your firm in multiple reliable third-party sources. If no such coverage exists, then your company is not considered sufficiently notable for an article on Wikipedia. Note that the overwhelming majority of companies are indeed not notable. However, if you can find sufficiently solid sources, I'll be happy to help you build the article (or rebuild it if it has already been deleted). Capybara (software) edit

Hi,

Gaurav and I created an article titled 'Capybara (software)' today and we noticed that you reviewed the article and deleted most of it's content. We understand that you did it in a good faith and in accordance with the Wikipedia rules. Being neophytes on Wikipedia, we did few mistakes in writing the article and we thank you for pointing us into the right direction. We have read the article 'Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not' and have realised what was wrong in the article. That being said, we believe that apart from some technical details, there were parts in our article that were not exactly 'how-to' instructions. We also added categories to the article, linked the page to other Wiki pages so that it is no longer an orphan page, and provided proper citations and references. Is it okay if we just remove the information which is more like instructions from all the section and keep other information as it is, and may be add a couple of sections (of course in line with the Wiki rules again) ? Your feedback on this is much appreciated.

Thanks, Ketanjani21 (talk) 04:40, 7 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

I don't think any part of the content I deleted is appropriate. There's another fundamental issue that you should tackle before expanding the article: I still see little if any indication that the software is notable (in the Wikipedia sense of the term). The priority should be to find reliable third-party coverage of the software. If such coverage is lacking, the article will probably be deleted. Pichpich (talk) 19:39, 7 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
The software is notable. It is commonly used with Ruby on Rails, Rails website lists it (alongside about 10 alternatives). There are high profile Ruby on Rails tutorials that choose to focus on Capybara. It would be good to find a Capybara book, though, which is not hard either https://www.google.com/search?tbm=bks&q=capybara+ruby. The authors of the article have to support the notability with citations, no question about that, but I think the page should not be deleted quickly. Fair enough. Pichpich (talk) 21:26, 7 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion declined: Pseudodivions edit

Hello Pichpich. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Pseudodivions, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: there is no evidence that the article author is, or knows, John Green who coined this term, so WP:CSD#A11 does not apply. Hello, Pichpich, I noticed you just posted a speed deletion notification on User talk:支那雞巴癡漢蘭維一. I also want to tell you that this User is not User:Lanwi1 in Chinese Wikipedia. He is a user who constantly create vandalism pages and harass other users in Chinese Wikipedia and Japanese Wikipedia. I am kind of confused why his user page is redirected to User:Lanwi1 but I can assure you 支那雞巴癡漢蘭維一 is very notorious in some Wikipedia for his deeds. In addition, this user name means:"the sex abuser Lanwi1 from China". This is a serious personal attack on Lanwi1 and he has been doing so for years. ----Minimizing Studio (talk) 19:29, 17 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

I was trying to follow the directions to contest the speedy deletion, but I found that there was no link to contest it. Just wanted to make sure. Morphatic (talk) 22:33, 9 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

I removed it myself since the extra content you included is sufficient to establish a claim of importance (and that is enough to avoid speedy deletion). I'm still concerned though that Degner does not meet the notability requirements (see the basic criteria or the politician-specific criteria). He would certainly qualify if he wins in November but my understanding is that Bob Goodlatte is expected to keep his seat. I won't nominate the article for deletion now but it's possible I or someone else will do so down the road. Cheers, Pichpich (talk) 22:46, 9 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Deletion of Sandro Norton article edit

Hi, you deleted the article I created together with Sandro Norton. I may not have referenced text that is partially on his website as well, but we are very much willing to do so. What is the way to get the article back online? At the end of the day we are looking at an artist having his information in Wikipedia and granting consent for materials (text) that are under his own copyright. I would like to add the URL link to cite the source of the text if required by Wikipedia so that our work was not in vain. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Therunner79 (talkcontribs) 13:02, 11 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

There are a number of things to address here. As far as the copyright issue is concerned, if you're the copyright owner, you would need to donate that material to Wikipedia (see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials) and would probably need to deal with the OTRS system described at Wikipedia:Volunteer Response Team to verify that you are indeed the copyright owner. But there are two other problems to address. The first is that articles should be based on reliable third-party sources and not primary sources like an artist's website. Finally, you are apparently editing Wikipedia with a conflict of interest which is generally frowned upon. Best, Pichpich (talk) 18:34, 11 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Pao Pienlert Boripanyutakit edit

Hi. Why did you create this unreferenced BLP? Chris Troutman (talk) 05:53, 21 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

I didn't create it even though the history said I did. I don't know what bug is causing this but it's a bug. I spend quite a bit of time tagging unreferenced BLPs, submitting them to BLPPROD or when possible referencing them so clearly I would never create an article that precisely suffers from these problems. (And if I ever did, it would certainly not be about Thai politicians which I know absolutely nothing about. Cheers, Pichpich (talk) 00:47, 22 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
Ah, I think I get it: just look at the article log.[4] I tagged it at 20:53 as unreferenced (note by the way that it's not a BLP so tagging it as unreferenced is the right thing to do for a notable subject) and I categorized it as 20:56. But in between those two things, Bbb23 deleted the article at 20:55 (under A10 but I'm not sure which topic it duplicates) so by categorizing it I unknowingly re-created the article. Pichpich (talk) 01:11, 22 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

The Symbol of Creator edit

Dear Pichpich,

How are you doing? This is Siva Krishna Kogili [Siva]. I have created a page called 'The symbol of Creator'. This is based on the Thraitha Theorem [Thraitha Siddhanta] introduced by Sri Acharya Prabodhananda Yogeeshwar from last 40 years. Already the details are available in Telugu WIKI in the below link.

https://te.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E0%B0%AA%E0%B1%8D%E0%B0%B0%E0%B0%AC%E0%B1%8B%E0%B0%A7%E0%B0%BE%E0%B0%A8%E0%B0%82%E0%B0%A6_%E0%B0%AF%E0%B1%8B%E0%B0%97%E0%B1%80%E0%B0%B6%E0%B1%8D%E0%B0%B5%E0%B0%B0%E0%B1%81%E0%B0%B2%E0%B1%81

I have taken all the rights from the "Indu Gnana Vedika" and "Thraitha Siddhantam gropus" that are already registered. These are located in Ananthapur district, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA.

Also whatever I have written is just the common verses from the three divine books BhagavadGita, Bible and Quran. I have provided the internet links for each and every verse. Also this theorem is well known in Andhra Pradesh state in India. There are more than 108 videos [in telugu language] that has the preaching of Sri Acharya Prabodhananda Yogeeshwar.

https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=thraitha+siddantham

Also there is a registered website which has the books from all different languages of INDIA which explains this Symbol of Creator.

http://www.thraithashakam.org/publications/english/

Kindly consider this page as it really helps in making the people understand that there is only God to the entire human race. We are unnecessarily splitting God into multiple religions and not understanding the correct meaning of the verses provided in the three diving books.

I have a plan to create a page on Sri Acharya Prabodhananda Yogeeswar [which is already available in telugu WIKI].

Thanks for considering, Siva Krishna 470-658-7635 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Sivakrishnakogili (talkcontribs) 12:03, 7 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

I stand by my comment: this is not an encyclopedia article and it probably should also be deleted on the Telegu wiki. Pichpich (talk) 17:53, 7 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

His article should be reinstituted will all due speed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by TeenPhilosopher (talkcontribs) 17:20, 17 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

The article was deleted because it was overtly promotional. I'm not convinced that Mr. Tregold meets the notability requirements of Wikipedia but I do know that promotional pages are routinely deleted (as they should be). Pichpich (talk) 19:10, 17 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

The article didn't seem to me more "overtly promotional" than accepted and existing pages, such as that of John C. Maxwell, another leadership expert. — Preceding unsigned comment added by TeenPhilosopher (talkcontribs) 19:19, 17 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

That page currently includes a cleanup tag about the article's inappropriate ad-like tone. If not cleaned up, it should probably be deleted as well. In any case, this is not relevant to the case of Mr. Tredgold and the argument you make (this bad article is just as bad as my bad article) is what we like to call the "other crap exists" argument and is not given much weight in deletion discussions. Pichpich (talk) 19:33, 17 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

How would you recommend the article be rewritten, then? Gordon has recently also been recognized at http://www.thebookseller.com/news/cmi-chooses-management-book-year-shortlist-414431. — Preceding unsigned comment added by TeenPhilosopher (talkcontribs) 17:55, 19 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

One thing I'm worried about is that you seem too close to the subject and are possibly editing conflict of interest. But if that's not an issue, I think you should use Wikipedia:Drafts. This allows you to work on a draft and get feedback without worrying about immediate deletion. Note however that this does not guarantee that the draft will be accepted as a new article. Dear Zindagi edit

Hi Pichpich! Please see this and this, and conclude what should be done. Thanks! M.Billoo2000 (talk) 16:15, 9 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

May I ask why you chose me to solve this problem? I have no expertise in the subject and as far as I can remember, no previous interaction with you or Hcns. In any case, the issue seems resolved. Isn't it? Pichpich (talk) 16:34, 9 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
@Pichpich: Hi! Sorry, I wasn't notified of your reply. I first asked for help to "Administrator Cyphoidbomb", but then I saw your edit on "Student of the Year 2" (unknown thing, which you have redirected), I thought you might help. The issue is that the user Hcns was giving information about non-released Soundtrack Album, and also giving poor source. According to him/her, it is a solid source of "Gaana.com". But I think it requires "log-in" or "download first" to view content, which shouldn't be added as per WP:EL. Also, user was changing the "|title=" of the reference, and also was adding the "Title song" twice; in form of "Promotional song" and "Audio". The issue has been stretched into long problem. And sorry I didn't noticed your other edits non-related to Indian programs, but still hope for your kind reply. Thanks! M.Billoo2000 (talk) 15:45, 10 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hello Pichpich,

This article is a school project, therefore I most kindly ask you to keep it on Wikipedia until the project is over, which will not be more than 15 days. As soon as the project is over, I, the creator of this page, will delete it myself.

Thank you in advance, jelenajv — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jelenajv (talkcontribs) 23:41, 14 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

(by talk page stalker) @Jelenajv: Wikipedia does not consider why you edited as it's immaterial. Please have your instructor leave a message at Wikipedia:Education noticeboard. You also don't have the ability to "delete" an article yourself. (Blanking a page is not deletion.) Chris Troutman (talk) 02:06, 15 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

hi, please stop removing the article! I am still uploading the sources. I am aware of wikipedia guidelines. Thanks x — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hellogabriele45 (talkcontribs) 00:46, 17 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

I suggest that you first work on the article in draft space (see Wikipedia:Drafts) and make sure that the article is properly reviewed there. Pichpich (talk) 13:35, 17 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

User group: New Page Reviewr edit

Hello Pichpich.

Based on the patrols you made of new pages during a qualifying period in 2016, your account has been added to the "New page reviewers" user group, allowing you to review new pages and mark them as patrolled, tag them for maintenance issues, or in some cases, tag them for deletion. The list of articles awaiting review is located at the New Pages Feed.

New page reviewing is a vital function for policing the quality of the encylopedia, if you have not already done so, you must read the new tutorial at New Pages Review, the linked guides and essays, and fully understand the various deletion criteria. If you need more help or wish to discuss the process, please join or start a thread at page reviewer talk.

  • Be nice to new users - they are often not aware of doing anything wrong.
  • You will frequently be asked by users to explain why their page is being deleted - be formal and polite in your approach to them too, even if they are not.
  • Don't review a page if you are not sure what to do. Just leave it for another reviewer.
  • Remember that quality is quintessential to good patrolling. Take your time to patrol each article, there is no rush. Use the message feature and offer basic advice.

The reviewer right does not change your status or how you can edit articles. If you no longer want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. In case of abuse or persistent inaccuracy of reviewing, the right can be revoked at any time by an administrator. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:34, 19 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

Spliff Star edit

I hope all is well. I just wanted to follow up on the Spliff Star article. I would truly appreciate the assistance you offered. What would you like or need from me? JennaJennaherche (talk) 17:16, 21 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

I have edited the page quite a bit and now believe that the article is ok: see User:Pichpich/Spliff. It's been shortened quite a bit because some of the content could not be verified properly. I appreciate your willingness to help but as was already explained to you, you are in a conflict of interest and should not be touching that article at all. That doesn't mean you can't help. For instance, if you can provide a solid reference for Spliff Star's real name or his date of birth then let me know and I'll edit the article accordingly. Another nice addition would be an image but note that due to Wikipedia's core policies, that image needs to be free content. (See details here) Again, if you upload a free image, I'll handle its incorporation into the article. Best, Pichpich (talk) 18:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open! edit

Hello, Pichpich. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

New Page Review - newsletter edit

Hello Pichpich,

Breaking the back of the backlog
We now have 817 New Page Reviewers! Most of you requested the user right to be able to do something about the huge backlog. Now it's time for action.

Mid July to 01 Oct 2016

If each reviewer does only 10 reviews a day over five days, the backlog will be down to zero and the daily input can then be processed by each reviewer doing only 2 or 3 reviews a day - that's about 5 minutes work!
Let's get that over and done with in time to relax for the holidays.

Second set of eyes

Not only are New Page Reviewers the guardians of quality of new articles, they are also in a position to ensure that pages are being correctly tagged for deletion and maintenance and that new authors are not being bitten. This is an important feature of your work. Read about it at the new Monitoring the system section in the tutorial.

I have unreviewed a page you curated edit

Thanks for reviewing Rob Adams (author), Pichpich.

Unfortunately Kudpung has just gone over this page again and unreviewed it. Their note is:

Only two of the sources are third party and then debatable. This article also has the hallmarks of a commissioned work.

Speedy deletion declined: Keble Guild edit

December 2016 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed maintenance templates from Derrick Carter. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. No signs of notability of the mentioned article so why would you remove the tag? - TheMagnificentist 18:13, 16 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Deprodding of List indian records edit

I have removed the {{prod}} tag from List indian records, which you proposed for deletion. I am leaving this message here to notify you about it. This is because the article was already prodded and deprodded in the past so it can't be prodded again. If you still think the article should be deleted, please don't add the {{prod}} template back to it. Instead, feel free to list the article at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks!
