This is the same image as the one featured on the commercial website about Khansahib Bukhari's shrine. Are you the creator of that website? If so, then you would have a conflict of interest (COI). @Ttttt321: Toddy1 is right: the only statement that could be based on that source is something like "There is a Hanafi Sufi shrine in the Budgam district dedicated to Syed Alio ud Din Khan Sahab Ra". But we can't have one-sentence articles like that. This is why we demand there is significant coverage for a subject to be notable. Your source qualifies on two important criteria: it is reliable and independent. But it fails the third one: it does not treat the topic in enough detail. In that the individual has never competed in a major international competition (such as the Olympic Games or a World Championship) nor have they won their country's senior national championship.
