ITN recognition for August 2018 Lombok earthquake edit

On 6 August 2018, In the news was updated with an item that involved the article August 2018 Lombok earthquake, which you nominated. If you know of another recently created or updated article suitable for inclusion in ITN, please suggest it on the candidates page. SpencerT•C 13:41, 6 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

August 2018 edit

Please do not add or change content, as you did at RoboCop (2014 film), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Please don't add unsourced production companies. We have a source for this, and the companies you added were not in it. Please note that not every company that appears on the screen or on a poster is a production company; this is why we use sources. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 23:55, 24 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Nomination of Squidward Tentacles for DYK edit

Angga1061, I'm afraid that Squidward Tentacles is not eligible for DYK. Only articles that have been created, 5x expanded, or listed as a Good Article within the seven days prior to the nomination date are eligible, and Squidward Tentacles has been a GA for over four years. You may want to review the DYK criteria (at WP:DYK) to see what articles are eligible and what other criteria they need to meet. Best of luck if you decide to nominate again! Pending changes reviewer granted edit

Hello. Your account has been granted the "pending changes reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on pages protected by pending changes. The list of articles awaiting review is located at Special:PendingChanges, while the list of articles that have pending changes protection turned on is located at Special:StablePages.

Being granted reviewer rights neither grants you status nor changes how you can edit articles. If you do not want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time.

Reviewing edits on "Day of the year pages" edit

Hello, I see that you have recently gained new reviewer rights and accepted a revision on July 29. However this edit did not contain any sources. per Wikipedia:WikiProject Days of the year#Style ; "Any material lacking a reliable source directly supporting it may be removed and should not be restored without an inline citation to a reliable source. So in short any new additions to "Day of the year pages" require references.
Furthermore I would like to recommend that when you review an edit that you check the page history; because the ip user reverted me without giving an explanation (which is usually a big red flag) and multiple other users have also reverted edits because they had no references according to their edit summaries.
Not to discourage you, thank you for your work on pending edits so far! Redalert2fan (talk) 08:28, 31 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

You're welcome; and thank you for notifying me regarding this, BTW. I appreciate it. —Angga1061 09:01, 31 August 2018 (UTC)

October 2018 edit

Is it possible to rename/move a file, i.e. an image? Angga (formerly Angga1061) 12:36, 10 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Yes, but you need the file mover userright. Users without this right can use the {{rename media}} tag on the file page to get someone else to do it. Yunshui  13:12, 10 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

DYK for Adipati Dolken edit

On 1 November 2018, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Adipati Dolken, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the Indonesian actor Adipati Dolken adopted his stage name from the owner of the villa where he stayed on vacation in Puncak? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Adipati Dolken. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Adipati Dolken), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
