The User was one of the Employee in my Small Firm (we use LAN connected desktops for our projects) , who was named "uday singh" with the user name " ram singh deena" who used to see my work and in the process of learning , he started stalking my profiles and wants to support or build his profile exactly like me (usually many new user's do ) and thats the reason he might have done those Edits. but it was not me maintaining seperate accounts . i wasnt aware of wiki rules completely. still whatever happened was a mistake . i urge i will not creeate anymore such disturbance again . At least i'll provide some refferrences to artilces if not creating newer ones to improve wiki. if its stil not possible to allow me . i will shift my work to any other section other than IAS , IPS Officers or you can give me other chance and can keep my name in watch list for some time untill you belive in me . - You say the other user (User:Ramsinghdeena) "was" an employee at your software firm. He clearly still is, per the checkuser's findings yesterday [1]. You also say he is a "new user". Can you please explain why both you and User:Ramsinghdeena created accounts on the same day in March 2015 within 3 hours of other [2] [3]? You each made your first edits to Wikipedia with 1 hour of each other the next day and you both spell "reference" as "refferrence" [4], [5] [6]. I also note that you canvassed editors to !vote "Keep" at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ira Singhal (an article you created). [7], [8]. Answers for the Posed Question's. 1. we came to know about wikipedia , By an wikimedia Foundations Awareness programe & Meetup (it happens every month) . which gave us an hands on workshop last year . so that can explain . why the accounts were created on the same day and why the edits were Made on the same day.
2.why i called him as an "new user" , beacause once learning to write in Wiki, I progessed well with the help of senior editors . while he couldn't . he just made some few edits and was more happy in deleting or changing the articles .
3. Regarding the Canvassing i have gone through the line in Wikipedia itself which states " In general, it is perfectly acceptable to notify other editors of ongoing discussions, provided that it be done with the intent to improve the quality of the discussion by broadening participation to more fully achieve consensus.
I used the Talk pages to canvas .As a part of canvassing . that shows i was transparent .
As each and every part of wiki has its onw steps to learn , new rules to know .
i can conclude that i was unaware of much rules ,As i am a budding editor , i would surely follow the rules and learned much from this inicident . you can keep me on a watch list and can observe my future editings and article creations .

- If you both met and registered accounts at a WMF meetup in March 2015, where was this meetup held? User:Ramsinghdeena said last year that he's based in Hyderabad [11]. According to this, the last time a meetup was held in Hyderabad was in 2012. The next time was in December 2015. Yes, you were "transparent" about the canvassing although possibly not intentionally. You weren't simply notifying those editors about the discussion. You explicitly asked them to !vote "keep". I assume you now realize how inappropriate it is to try to recruit people to support your side in an AfD discussion. Just as it is entirely inappropriate for the person whom you say is your work colleague to vote "keep" in all the AfDs for your articles, i.e., here, here and here. Earlier, he had also removed the proposed deletion [12] from one of them. - Sakthi swaroop, the evidence does not support your allegations of co-workers. Interestingly, you glommed on to Voceditenore's point about the two accounts being created on the same day with your story about a meetup. I assume that means that at the meetup you and your co-worker used the same computer, and that after that you and your co-worker used the same work computer? Curious that these two sets of computers were identical in key ways. Not to mention that Voceditenore misread the creation dates of the two accounts. One was on March 4, 2015 (yours), and one was on March 5 (the "co-worker"). I'm not sure what the Telgu Wikipedia workshop announcement has to do with this. Neither you nor User:Ramsinghdeena have edited the Telgu Wikipedia. You didn't even create an account there until December 2015. Anyhow, I'm not an administrator, so couldn't unblock you even if I thought it were appropriate. hi , yep i never created or contributed to telugu wikipedia for long time . but the meet was held . and as in initial stages , we never know that we should sign or we should have talk page etc . we never signed in it . and coming to the "truth" . i accepted i canvassed . as i mentioned it earlier also . i would urge to give an other chance . you can keep my account in watch list .so that i can start improving articles or shift my focus on other genre of articles etc... - swaroop (talk) 15:44, 23 May 2016 (UTC)

they have blocked me as i have canvassed for my article whihc i did unknowingly do help in this issue-- Actually you have been blocked as a sockpuppet, and sockpuppet block is one of the most complicated blocks. I have worked in such environments, but I must tell you, in such situation an admin has very little to do.
Vin09 contacted me yesterday on this, and I'd suggest you the same things I told him:
- Read what they are saying, and answer accordingly
- If you are really a sock, admit it, there is no use of denying
- If you are not a sock, read the help pages linked in those block message (and discuss accordingly).
Let me know if you have questions. I'll post a copy of this message on your Wikipedia talk as well.

I want raise some points . I know the so called top level admins wont consider it. But if you consider . They really matter .
1. How come you people Doesnt know ?? that there are some meetups which will be happening every month may be indic or telugu or tamil and due lack of systems they give us chance to edit from same system ???? which will have same IP .
A) we new users when we first visit an workshop , we dont even know how and where to sign. so how we will ??
Sol . Ask wiki guys to give more systems or Ask the so called Admins to know the practical issues.
2. We surely accept our Mistakes . but if you bring some unrelated proofs and ask us to admit it . We are not going against our self respect . May be it is wiki or some thing else .
A} if supporting my article is called "sockpuppet" , then you should surely block other users like 1bandsaw , northamerica etc .. who supported my article . are you going to do that ???

3. How come porn stars are so notable , than An prestigious IAS or IPS officers who are protecting our Society . there is an seperate section of pornstars where every pornstar is notable .
but in case of a Civil servant or a patroit or a Military guy . why these people are called MId level officers or not notable even they have Media presence . I dnt know!!!!
Finally, I have made a few Articles like Roman Saini , Ira Singhal , M.n.Reddy , Swathi lakra , Srikanth Bolla ... who paid so much back to the Society , Who are the real Patriots , who can develop the society .
I am proud of my contributions and my articles talk for themselves ...
For Example when i started roman saini i got notable issues , but now he is changing the country with free education . i bet no one can say that the article is useless .
I would thank all the senior Editors who helped me to grow in Wikipedia . I loved this platform very much .
I would Ask wiki to make an User freindly platform for the new comers . Explain them the rules . Atleast give an satutory waring or a chance if they do a mistake. guide them instead of blocking them .
Because every veteran editor started with Mistakes and all kind of scrap . before they reached this position .
