Cola (CamelPhat & Elderbrook song)

Hi. I see you created Cola (CamelPhat & Elderbrook song) because it reached number-one on the Dance Club Songs chart. However, you should not have created it there, but rather at Cola (CamelPhat and Elderbrook song) (which already existed, as I created it when the song first charted in the UK), as CamelPhat and Elderbrook are not a collective and should not have an ampersand between their names per WP:AMPERSAND. In future, please check to make sure you are creating these articles in the right place (see if the proper name doesn't already exist) and don't just create articles in a slightly differently titled place just so you can be the "creator" of it. Anyway, if you can expand it, that would be appreciated, as the article doesn't really pass WP:NSONGS as it is (achieving a decent chart position isn't a guarantee of an article's notability). "On mm/dd/yyyy, X announced.." usage

Hi Robert. I noticed a lot of your added content starts like "On March 23rd, 2018, This Company announced that...". This is a poor way to add information to a page, as it stresses importance on the date the information was made available, and the act of announcing it, when it's the information itself that's important. If we wrote this way every time someone added something to a page, it would just turn into a timeline, which distracts from the actual content. See WP:PROSELINE for how new info should be integrated into the article, rather than tacked on the end as a new timeline item. Instead, be WP:BOLD and state the new information as fact, backed up with a reliable source with the date.

Instead of:

• On January 1st, 2000, Joe announced that the sky is blue.

Try:

• The sky is blue. <ref>Joe, January 1st, 2000</ref>

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give User:KUBE-FM a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into KUBE (FM). This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Wikipedia is one of the most wide-reaching repositories of shared knowledge, yet a 2011 survey found that less than 10% of its contributors identify as female, suggesting an alarming absence of voices. What and how information is shared is skewed by this gender disparity. To help change this, the Jacob Lawrence Gallery is organizing a quarterly series of Edit-a-thons to improve Wikipedia's coverage of womxn artists of color. This Saturday afternoon's gathering will focus on creating, editing, updating, and expanding pages for womxn artists from Latin America and the Caribbean. The Edit-a-thon will feature a talk by Dan Paz, Lecturer in the UW School of Art + Art History + Design, an artist, and an educator who explores the labor of digital imaging production as a collaborative site where the intersections of the image-idea and lived experience are produced and contested.
