Kishorenagar

Thanks for your contribution of the article on Kishorenagar. Just a quick question, is it a village or an administrative division containing many villages? I came across a list from 2011 Indian Census which seems to indicate it is an administrative division which contains many villages, but perhaps there is a subtlety I am not seeing.
