You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Alaa Al Ansari requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, a group of people, an individual animal, an organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content, or an organized event, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Hello IamIRAQI,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Nazar AlQatari for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

I've seen that you've created multiple new pages recently. However, these often include a large number of references (10 or more) presented in a row, with no indication of what the references are supposed to represent. This isn't helpful to readers or to people reviewing newly-created pages. Please try to make sure that references support claims made in the article or are to reliable sources that support notability. Having references to things like Youtube videos or the iTunes store only looks like WP:REFBOMB and will possibly cause your pages to be deleted. power~enwiki (π, ν) 22:15, 8 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello, IamIRAQI. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Mouin AlKazmi, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:
remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
save the page
Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.

Hi IamIRAQI. After looking a bit more at Maritta Hallani and some of the other articles you've created, I hope you don't mind if I share some of my thoughts on starting out as a new editor on Wikipedia: If I could get editors in your situation to follow just one piece of advice, it would be this: Learn Wikipedia by working only on non-contentious topics until you have a feel for the normal editing process and the policies that usually come up when editing casually. You'll find editing to be fun, easy, and rewarding. The rare disputes are resolved quickly and easily.
Working on biographical information about living persons is far more difficult. Wikipedia's Biographies of living persons policy requires strict adherence to multiple content policies, and applies to all information about living persons including talk pages.
If you have a relationship with the topics you want to edit, then you will need to review Wikipedia's Conflict of interest policy, which may require you to disclose your relationship and restrict your editing depending upon how you are affiliated with the subject matter.
As far as External links go, WP:ELNO#10 says to avoid social media links. When no official website exists, one social media link may be appropriate. --Ronz (talk) 16:36, 8 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

I have read the guide and I did not promote anyone but at the same time I Created an article for an Iraqi famous singer (Ahmed Jawad) in Arabic (احمد جواد) and I think through this article I was blocked. I have not added sources in English. This is just the problem IamIRAQI (talk) 20:24, 4 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
Decline reason:
The block is valid, and has nothing to do with the language of the sources; in fact, the article remained longer than it otherwise might have because the sources were in Arabic. It has to do with the fact that you are creating articles about non-notable musicians, which indicates you are not familiar with or are ignoring the notability guidelines for musicians. I think you also may have a conflict of interest and/or a paid editing status that you haven't declared yet. As such, I am declining this request. 331dot (talk) 08:39, 5 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

I firmly endorse Smartse’s block. I have been of the belief this editor was using the English Wikipedia to create spam articles that would be rejected on ar.wiki for quite some time, and was reviewing their creations to eventually make an ANI case. Smartse can speak to his own reasoning here, but having reviewed more of the articles after this block, I am confident this is a paid editor based on the link spam and churnalism, which I don’t want to go into too much detail on for BEANS reasons. In my mind, this is good both as a WP:NOTSPAM block locally and to enforce the global TOU under WP:UPE, namely, even if they declared that alone wouldn’t justify an unblock. I will not review this since I was building a case to block myself, but I did want to note this for the reviewing admin. TonyBallioni (talk) 20:30, 4 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
All also note that from my review of the articles here, the exact opposite of what they claim to be the case is true: these articles survived as long as they do because they have no English sourcing and Arabic is notoriously difficult to machine translate into English, so no one was able to evaluate them. In some cases I had to consult with native Arabic speakers on the subject to confirm my analysis of the sourcing. The game here is taking advantage of our desire to avoid systemic bias. Hi all,
To this moment, I am surprised by your decision to prevent me from editing in Wikipedia, but I hope you will reconsider the block. Why was permanently prevented? Prevention should be for days or weeks or at least one alert!!!???!!IamIRAQI (talk) 15:57, 6 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
Decline reason:
As you have not attempted to address the reasons for your block, despite making three appeals, your ability to make further unblock appeals has been withdrawn. MER-C19:36, 6 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
