Hello! Voting in the 2022 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 12 December 2022. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2022 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:55, 29 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

La Chaux-de-Fonds Les Forges railway station moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, La Chaux-de-Fonds Les Forges railway station, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more in-depth coverage about the subject itself, with citations from reliable, independent sources in order to show it meets WP:GNG. It should have at least three. And please remember that interviews, as primary sources, do not count towards GNG.(?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.Onel5969 TT me 12:41, 30 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Funicular edit

Thanks for all your new articles on funicular railways. It would be great if you could add your interwiki links to Wikidata instead of in the article itself. Let me know if I can explain more about that. Regards — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 21:55, 27 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for doing that, but I prefer to focus on one project at a time and wait for the initial article version to be reviewed, before doing more. Sometimes this happens quickly. but sometimes not, even becomes a "draft". If you could review Muottas-Muragl-Bahn that would be helpful. Enhancing999 (talk) 11:38, 28 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

May 2023 edit

Hello, I'm Apaugasma. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Handeck, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ☿ Apaugasma (talk ) 20:36, 14 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

That article does need some work. Maybe it's better to not add anything before it's reworked. BTW the fact is referenced in the linked article and Commons has a pic with both of them. Enhancing999 (talk) 19:07, 20 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
Perhaps it's possible then to copy the reference from the linked article? It's just important that readers know where to find the sources on which the stuff we write is based. Moving it to the see also as you did does kind of solve that because it will be more intuitive for readers to understand that they will find the source for the information in the linked article if the information is part of a list of links.
I was just going through the motions of patrolling when alerting you to the unreferenced addition; it doesn't mean I know what should be done with these articles. Any work you do on them is greatly appreciated!   ☿ Apaugasma (talk ) 17:43, 21 May 2023 (UTC)Reply

DYK for Standseilbahn Linth-Limmern edit

On 27 May 2023, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Standseilbahn Linth-Limmern, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the Standseilbahn Linth-Limmern, the funicular railway with the highest transport payload capacity (215 tonnes), was built to move four transformers 882 m (2,894 ft) uphill? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Standseilbahn Linth-Limmern. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Standseilbahn Linth-Limmern), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
