Numbers are from a Petscan search for articles in a certain category (search depth=6) with {{Taxobox}}; category name noted if it isn't the scientific name. Example search for Asteraceae.

 Semi-done notes categories with a small number (typically <15) of remaining manual taxoboxes, and where I've examined every taxobox article and decided not to convert it to an automatic taxobox at present. I leave manual taxoboxes in place when I notice some issue with the taxonomy (most frequently, the issue involves synonymy). At this point,  Semi-done vs. N doesn't mean much; I've examined every article with a manual taxoboxes in many families with substantially more than 15 remaining manual taxoboxes.

I update numbers from time to time. I'm not currently running updates for categories marked  Done, although it is possible that new articles with a manual taxobox could be created.
