To the editor: please note that as I have now retired from both editorship of RSS NEWS and consultancy to ICC, the following sentences should be changed.

He is a consultant statistician to the International Cricket Council,[6][7] and the editor of the Royal Statistical Society's monthly news magazine, RSS News'

change to:

He was a consultant statistician to the Internationsl Cricket Council, retiring from this role in September 2013. From april 1993 to June 2013, he was editor of the Royal Statistical Society's monthly news magazine, RSS NEWS.

Eric Duckworth edit

Is Frank Duckworth any relation of the mathematician W.E. (Eric) Duckworth, who wrote A Guide to Operational Research in 1962? If so, worth recording. (Eric Duckworth gets a mention in the Fulmer Research Institute page, but no bio page yet.) Wally Tharg (talk) 09:26, 26 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
