The competition will begin on 1 January 2017. Signups close on 5 February 2017.
Add your name to the bottom of the list below in the format #{{flagicon|country name}} [[User:Your username|Your username]]. The flag you choose doesn't have to be the country or area in which you reside, it can be any geographical or institutional flag both current or historical; this is one of the traditions of the WikiCup.
Please do not sign up here unless you intend to make contributions to Wikipedia during the course of the contest. Several people have currently signed up who have not previously made a single edit!
