• Removal of maintenance tags (warned several times about this over past months) [6], article still has one source and still needs more
• Not following template docs by overlink of major country/language and removing ubl/plainlist templates from longish name lists [7]

This is my list I'm preparing for WP:ANI if this continues. Yes, you need to follow the community norms. They're there to give articles a consistent look and feel for readers.
