This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Loka (singer) moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Loka (singer), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Your submission at Articles for creation: Ranu Mondal (August 1)

Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by AngusWOOF was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: No change in notability since previous reject or Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ranu Mondal

See you there! AngusW🐶🐶F (barksniff) 09:54, 1 August 2021 (UTC)

Hey @AngusWOOF: if you read carefully then you can clearly see that she sang 3 songs. And she is notable enough. She also has coverage from reliable sources such as The Hindu, The Hindu, The Financial Express. And the subject is clearly meeting WP:GNG. Bapinghosh (talk) 09:59, 1 August 2021 (UTC)

How are the songs notable? Have they charted anywhere? Are they top selling albums? See WP:MUSICBIO AngusW🐶🐶F (barksniff) 10:12, 1 August 2021 (UTC)
Bapinghosh, see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ranu Mondal. Back then she was famous for one event where a director promoted her. Has she become a lot more notable since then? The draft does not explain any of this. It just lists three songs. AngusW🐶🐶F (barksniff) 10:17, 1 August 2021 (UTC)
Bapinghosh, this should redirect to Teri Meri Kahani (song) as the details behind the single are there. AngusW🐶🐶F (barksniff) 10:24, 1 August 2021 (UTC)

@AngusWOOF: but the subject is meeting WP:GNG Bapinghosh (talk) 10:30, 1 August 2021 (UTC)

Per WP:MUSICBIO #10 "Has performed music for a work of media that is notable, e.g., a theme for a network television show, performance in a television show or notable film, inclusion on a notable compilation album, etc. (But if this is the only claim, it is probably more appropriate to have a mention in the main article and redirect to that article. Read the policy and notability guideline on subjects notable only for one event, for further clarifications)." She should redirect to Teri Meri Kahani (song), which covers her background bio. Or she should redirect to Happy Hardy and Heer. If she's done more notable songs and soundtracks since that film, then please bring that up along with the news sources. AngusW🐶🐶F (barksniff) 11:14, 1 August 2021 (UTC)

@AngusWOOF: thank you for the information. Bapinghosh (talk) 11:40, 1 August 2021 (UTC)

August 2021

Hello Bapinghosh. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Prakriti Nautiyal, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Bapinghosh. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Bapinghosh|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. DMySon (talk) 08:25, 7 August 2021 (UTC)

Hi @DMySon: i am not connected to the subject and i dont have any COI about the subject. And the article was extend confirm protection till 20 October 2019. So when i saw the reason was G6, R2, RD1 only then I stared editing cause the subject was clearly meeting WP:GNG and WP:NACTOR.And still the article is meeting GNG and NACTOT. Hi Bapinghosh, Please do not put the wrong information as you did in Priya Malik wiki page. She never won Gold in 2020 Summer Olympics, in-fact she won Gold in 2021 World Cadet Wrestling Championship in Hungary. DMySon (talk) 05:59, 16 August 2021 (UTC)

Hello @DMySon: and @42.110.207.131: i didn't put any wrong information. And neither i wrote about 2020 summer Olympics on Priya Malik. I added these awards Gold Medal at Khelo India (2019), Gold Medal at Patna National Cadet Championship (2019), Gold Medal at School Games (2020), Gold Medal at World Cadet Wrestling Championship (2021). So please do check edit history before commenting about something. Thanks Bapinghosh (talk) 12:13, 16 August 2021 (UTC)

User:Bapinghosh, you are trying to manipulate us. Wikipedia is not a place for testing where you can add any non factual information. Please check this version which was published by you. DMySon (talk) 13:17, 16 August 2021 (UTC)

@DMySon: first of all I am not trying to manipulating you, the edit is not done by me. The edit has done by a ip user see here Bapinghosh (talk) 13:24, 16 August 2021 (UTC)
@DMySon: i request you to check edit history. You will understand which information I added. Hope you will check. Bapinghosh (talk) 13:26, 16 August 2021 (UTC)
OK, i agreed. The changes are done by an ip address but the question is; why you didn't oppose/undo those edits, while you are are aware of it? DMySon (talk) 01:34, 17 August 2021 (UTC)
@DMySon: I was not aware of it. If I was aware of it than I would have done the undo. Bapinghosh (talk) 07:19, 17 August 2021 (UTC)

As previously advised, your edits, such as the edit you made to Prajna Dutta, give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Bapinghosh, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Bapinghosh|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. 2409:4061:2C86:ED7B:F1C7:D63E:2EF8:396E (talk) 11:20, 16 August 2021 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to remove maintenance templates without resolving the problem that the template refers to, as you did at Prajna Dutta, you may be blocked from editing. 2409:4061:2C19:9EE0:804B:51A:8761:321D (talk) 13:58, 16 August 2021 (UTC)

You are strongly suspected to have been WP:PAID by Prajnadutta whose article was repeatedly declined and deleted. See proof. You avoided WP:AFC and moved to main-space to avoid WP:SCRUTINY. See this. Please do not remove maintenance tags. 2409:4061:2C19:9EE0:804B:51A:8761:321D (talk) 13:58, 16 August 2021 (UTC)

Absolutely i am not paid for creating Prajna Dutta. By the way thank you for your concern. Bapinghosh (talk) 15:06, 16 August 2021 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Sanghasri Sinha Mitra

The article Sanghasri Sinha Mitra has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable actor. Notability tag placed. Fails WP:NACTOR. Bit-part actor.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. scope_creepTalk 19:01, 14 September 2021 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Priya Malik

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Priya Malik requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.jagrantv.com/en-show/priya-malik-biography-know-her-age-early-life-indian-wrestler-records-awards-and-gold-medals-rc1021120. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
