Fair use rationale for Image:Gretchenpetersguitar.jpg

Image:Gretchenpetersguitar.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

This article has been reverted by a bot to this version as part of a large-scale clean-up project of multiple article copyright infringement. (See the investigation subpage) This has been done to remove User:Accotink2's contributions as they have a history of extensive copyright violation and so it is assumed that all of their major contributions are copyright violations. Per her (2021?) interview with Allan Finley on his "Both Kinds" program (Sunday afternoons) on WNUR - but needs better sourcing before incorporating onto articel Her parents were from Highland Park, IL.
