This template has little utility; the use of the template in a mainspace article itself would be redundant and unneeded. It only has two transclusions, one is in a user talk page, and another some article talk page. Both times it is used jokingly. This template should either be userified or deleted. — MATRIX!   • Delete this is a permanent maintenance notice, which should not exist, as maintenance notices should be temporary. It should also be invisible to readers, if it doesn't need a reference. Only editors would need to see such a thing. Most of these subtemplates are now unused. Since harmonising quality scales across WikiProjects, 99% are using the standard scale and are no longer using a custom scale. The only exceptions are listed belowabove.
