Ardabili edit

You moved Abdul-Karim Mousavi Ardebili to Abdul-Karim Mousavi Ardabili (changing the spelling). Based on what source? The man's own official website is Ardebili.com, which presumes that the "official" transliteration of his name is uses the 'e', not the 'a'. On what basis have you chosen the alternative? WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 12:57, 9 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi, he is from Ardabil city, and Ardabil written In this face Iranica. If he loves in website write Ardebili, No problem. i moved.--Serzhik (talk) 14:45, 9 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
Thank you. If you think Ardabil is correct for the reasons you stated, you should bring up the matter on the talk page. I think your reasoning is sound, but transliteration from Farsi (or any other non-Roman alphabet language) to English is always a tricky matter. Disambiguation link notification for September 11 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Khasta Qasim, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Fuzuli (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Religion in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic edit

Hello, Samak, and thank you for your contributions!

I wanted to let you know it seems an article you worked on, Religion in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, is copied from another Wikipedia page, Religion in Nagorno-Karabakh. It's fine to do this as long as you provide the following information in the edit summary:

  1. a link to the article you copied from
  2. the date you copied it

You can do this now by editing the page, making any minor edit to the article, and adding the above information into the edit summary.

If you're still not sure how to fix the problem, please leave a message at the help desk. It's possible that I made a mistake, so feel free to remove the tag I placed on the article.

Thanks again for helping build the free encyclopedia! MadmanBot (talk) 11:28, 16 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Religion in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic edit

Hello Serzhik,

Your edit edit

In the article Hamid Chitchian there is no source for his birth place as Tabriz. If you have one, just use it and please do not distort the info. Secondly the term Iranian covers all people living in the country, again if you have any source citing that he is an azerbaijani then just put it. Thanks. Egeymi (talk) 17:19, 13 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please be kind and avoid personal attacks. You could not say what you have written in your edit summary. You yourself should not distort the sources. Then if you do not know wp rules please do not insert anything to wp. Egeymi (talk) 17:22, 13 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

People of Iran isnot Iranian People.

Anyone who lives in Iran. are Iranian not Iranian people or Iranic peoples are an Indo-European ethno-linguistic group that comprise the speakers of Iranian languages. 1/5 Iran are Turkic people.--Serzhik (talk) 17:25, 13 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Ali Akbar Ghoreyshi edit

Hello Serzhik,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Ali Akbar Ghoreyshi for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. SajjadF (talk) 23:28, 20 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Hassan Namazi edit

Hello, Serzhik. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Hassan Namazi, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want Hassan Namazi to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.

If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.

Thanks, SajjadF (talk) 23:47, 20 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Serzhik, it's not clear what action you are seeking from administrators based on your complaint at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Archive261#Farah Pahlavi. I don't think you will receive a positive response based on what you've written. Liz Read! Talk! 13:53, 12 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Serzhik! Your edit undid all the revisions on this article that have been done during last few weeks. Your edit is considered vandalism per se. If you'd like to correct a mistake just correct that mistake, do not revert the entire article. FaraM 21:44, 12 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. For the Election committee, MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 17:03, 24 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
