Thanks for welcome -- Disambiguation page

Hello Rasnaboy! Thank you for the welcome (and the delicious seasonal fruit :) . For sure, I love Wikipedia and I hope I can contribute more. It is a way of giving back for what I receive.

I need help in creating a disambiguation page for one of the pages I created and I am not sure how to do it. I know what it is and how it works, but I am not familiar in how to create it.

Thank you very much FedeO1008 (talk) 17:40, 6 January 2022 (UTC)FedeO1008

Hi. Happy to help. Please see the link Wikipedia:Disambiguation to know more about disambiguation pages. It's basically a list of similar-named articles with a link to those articles. For example, if you type "Hampshire", it'll take you the main article on the county in South East England known as "Hampshire" (since it's the most well-known of all Hampshires in the world). At the top of the article (immediately below the article's title), you'll have a link to the disambiguation page Hampshire (disambiguation) listing all other Hampshires. To know how these are directed, please click on the "Edit" tab of the Hampshire (disambiguation) page to view its coding. Creating a disambiguation page is just like creating any other article. For example, if you want to create a disambiguation page for your article "ABCD", type "ABCD (disambiguation)" in the search box and you'll be shown a redlink of that page (since that page does not exist till now). Click on that red link to create the new page and type the coding (similar to the coding of the "Hampshire (disambiguation)" page that you had studied above). Hope this helps. Cheers. Thanks!

Thanks for your welcome note and the useful links! And the reminder to eat healthily :)

Will go through the links and will reach out when I need help. Thanks for the generous offer to help. --VineetPrasani (talk) 13:06, 18 January 2022 (UTC)

Happy to help. :) Welcome to Wikipedia. Rasnaboy (talk) 14:44, 18 January 2022 (UTC)

Maridhas Malaichamy

The article Maridhas Malaichamy completely biased and againist wikipidea's neutral point of view. It has cited some random site youturn.in which is politically motivated. It is too much biased. This should be corrected immediately. The user suneye1 seems to be also politically motivated. This is high time — Preceding unsigned comment added by Name6554 (talkcontribs) 10:34, 24 January 2022 (UTC)

Chaitanya Mahaprabhu

I don't understand why did you restore this. Your edit implies that the person is a divinity and was not a real person. "15th-century Indian Saint" is necessary. Can you prove that he was considered divine by everybody, outside of his disciples? - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 16:50, 4 March 2022 (UTC)

Oh! Just noticed that this was an accidental edit; What I intended was to correct a wordspace and add an endash in "molten gold–like" (as I mentioned in my edit summary). Perhaps, we both made these changes at the exact same time, leading to my edit reverting yours. Apologies. Have reverted my edits. :) Rasnaboy (talk) 17:02, 4 March 2022 (UTC)
Actually I made the edit 40 minutes before your edits. Anyway, you can re-add the ndash if you want. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 17:08, 4 March 2022 (UTC)
Yes, just noticed that. I think keeping the edit window open for a long time before saving our edits may lead to these kind of unintended reverts. Anyway, let me be a bit more careful. Sure, will add. Thanks. Rasnaboy (talk)
Yes, I was able to guess that. I do it sometimes lol  . - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 17:41, 4 March 2022 (UTC)

Tambaram

Helllo Rasnaboy, In regards to your edit on Tambaram page, Tambaram is legally a city as per the government ordinance. (Please Refer, https://www.thehindu.com/news/national/tamil-nadu/article37338991.ece/BINARY/gazette.pdf). By definition, a city cannot be Suburban. Suburban literally means "under city", which I believe you already know because you did mention that Tambaram is under CMA. Yes, you are correct in the fact that Tambaram is under CMA, however, CMA refers to Chennai Metropolitan area, not Chennai City. Chennai City ends where Greater Chennai Corporation limit ends.

Now, a metro area may comprise many neighbourhoods, townships, boroughs, cities, towns, suburbs, counties, districts (I can't think of a reference on top of my head because it is a commonly known fact in Urban Planner's circle, but I believe the fact is already mentioned and referenced in Metropolitan area page). On the same page, you can also see a line "Metropolitan areas include satellite cities, towns and intervening rural areas that are socioeconomically tied to the urban core, typically measured by commuting patterns." (they have provided another reference for this. But I recommend reading, https://sk.sagepub.com/reference/urbanhistory/n385.xml But you need access to sagepub for that).

Now, If I can be presumptions, based on your examples, I think you are understanding of satellite cities is based on real estate ads in the Chennai area. They misuse the word so badly. Almost all of the places aren't a city, only Tambaram and Avadi is. Only they can be called "satellite city".

But, what you are talking about relates to identity. I would add demonyms in infox, and mention that residents of Tambaram are also known as chennaite. But to say Tambaram is a Suburban is outdated. It simply isn't anymore. However. It is for you to decide - if you wanna keep calling it suburban, city or satellite city. Personally, I think Chenniates should take pride in the fact that the city has grown large enough to have two satellite cities. Wiki6995 16:00, 7 March 2022 (UTC)

Dear Wiki6995. Thanks for writing. I get your point. But it's not about pride or anything. Upgrading into a corporation, as I said earlier on the talk page, is about administrative convenience and that doesn't make it a satellite city, as far as the sources say. Wikipedia needs reliable source to add that claim. Thanks. Rasnaboy (talk) 18:47, 7 March 2022 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Hotels in Chennai

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Hotels in Chennai, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Tomorrow if 50,000 Trillion USD is divided behind the back, India will not get any share if you delete the Vayuyana, why would you delete such an important writeup? In America, Krystal Starr told the truth along with phone proofs and she has the writeup, why would you hurt India or other countries interests?

America is running a scam behind the back. There are 2 groups in America , one set of people who have spoken the truth and another set of people who are bent on compromising the other. So the group that is compromising the other people, drag people from all over the world in their side by luring them with their needs, like they have compromised a few cops, medical professionals and many others.
Once majority of the world is compromised including world leaders, they get control over the land as group that has spoken the truth will take over and hold the bad guys in custody. That way America will get hold of a whole bunch of goodies. #Why is the US Government encouraging this? I have complained Interpol and there has been no action. Response From MapleLiaf

Hi Rasnaboy! Thanks for welcoming me to Wikipedia on my talk page, and for the tasty fruit :)

I wasn't sure if I should respond here or on my own talk page – I'm still getting a hang of the guidelines. If there is a preferred choice, please let me know.

So far, I've stuck to making small edits, as I become more comfortable editing on Wikipedia and build up confidence. The warm welcome means a lot, and I hope I can contribute more here.

You seem like an experienced editor. I look forward to seeing you around!

MapleLiaf (talk) 20:53, 17 March 2022 (UTC)MapleLiaf

Hi @MapleLiaf:. Thanks for writing. There's no preferred choice as far as I can tell. We just learn as we edit. Start editing your favorite pages and, if you find an article missing for any particular topic that you come across, please create one, after analyzing the topic's notability and finding enough reliable sources. To begin with, please go through the five pillars of Wikipedia, which will give you enough info to start editing article. As always, you can ping any of the follow editors, including me, for help. Happy to work with you. Cheers. Rasnaboy (talk) 12:10, 18 March 2022 (UTC)

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Sceptre, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page CE.

Schrodinger's cat reversion. I'm going to reapply the correct spelling/grammar to this article.

Schrodinger's cat reversion. I'm going to reapply the correct spelling/grammar to this article. Lead is both a noun and a verb, as most people know. ... The correct past and past participle of lead is spelled led. If you aren't sure whether to use led or lead as the verb in your sentence, try reading it aloud to yourself. If the verb is pronounced /LED/, use led. Gene S. Ruda 08:07, 19 February 2022 (UTC)

Bhasha Sumbli

Hi, I see you removed the redirect and made it a standalone article, but aren't the references a bit thin for that? NACTOR needs multiple roles and for GNG, coverage more significant than interviews and quotes is needed. Do you think there may be more coverage in Hindi/Marathi? I thought of AfD-ing/draftify-ing it but then saw your name, so I'll defer to your judgement on whatever you decide is appropriate here. Hemantha (talk) 02:48, 30 March 2022 (UTC)

You're right. It still needs more citations, but since I found this topic in numerous newspapers and other sources in the past week or so (for coverage) and sources appear to be continuously available, I thought it's time we created the article. I only initiated the article, and I'm sure we could find more sources. Will try to add more, and still if it continues to remain meager, we'll go by what you've suggested. Thanks. Rasnaboy (talk) 02:58, 30 March 2022 (UTC)
Okay. Let me just note that your edit introduced sentences identical to source material, running foul of WP:CLOSEPARAPHRASING. I've rephrased some and removed others. Would you be okay with adding a {{Notability}} tag to the article? Might help in getting more sources. Hemantha (talk) 17:59, 30 March 2022 (UTC)
Sure. Thank you. I notice many sources are in Hindi and other languages as well. Since this movie is an ongoing event, I hope we get more English sources too in the coming days. Rasnaboy (talk) 18:04, 30 March 2022 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Bhasha Sumbli

The article Bhasha Sumbli has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

She fails WP:NACTOR.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Thanking for vandalism?

Hi, why are you thanking socks and vandals for their vandalism? I am referring to the welcome note left at User talk:Alluarjun99 where you say, " Thank you for your contributions." This is inappropriate. Please do not encourage them. Vandals such as these are returning users who should not be welcomed. See Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/BhaktaDASS Venkat TL (talk) 09:12, 1 April 2022 (UTC)

I see. I did welcome him/her as I do normally and noticed their incorrect edits only later. While I reverted their edits, I didn't change the welcome message since all welcome messages invariably give the new users enough links to learn about the basic rules. Rasnaboy (talk) 18:05, 1 April 2022 (UTC)
You might need to make changes into your SOP to avoid welcoming such folks. Sending thank you messages to, block evading vandals busy disrupting Wikipedia, does not look like a good use of your time. I doubt even the vandals appreciate that message. Aren't there any rules about who to welcome and who to ignore. The rule cannot be to welcome everyone blindly. Venkat TL (talk) 19:21, 1 April 2022 (UTC)

The assignment of Armenia to Europe is confirmed by socio-economic reasons (relations between the EU and Armenia), cultural (the presence of the Christian religion, as in most European countries, while respecting freedom of religion), common history and much more. Thus, Armenia is Europe, and geographically - Eastern Europe — Preceding unsigned comment added by Artem Pogosian (talkcontribs) 20:03, 18 May 2022 (UTC)

Dakshina Bharata in the article South India

In the article South India, the source mentioned for the different names of the region does not explicitly mention that "deccan" derived from the Prakrit form of the Sanskrit word "Dakshina" refers to the entire South India. the source only gives a possible usage to the word deccan. Moreover, it mentions the existence of a term "Concan" or konkan, which is used to define other parts of south India. Guccirajappan (talk) 05:46, 10 July 2022 (UTC)

Yes, Sir. I appreciate your logic from your earlier edit itself. But the idea is not just that. The term is of cultural importance to Southern India unlike similar terms for the rest of India (North, East, and West) (see earlier talk page discussions). The term is a widely used one in the cultural milieu and is common to all the southern languages save for Tamil, where the term is culturally understood. The retention is for its cultural significance, not for political, linguistic, partisan or other reasons. Rasnaboy (talk) 07:14, 10 July 2022 (UTC)

Kashi Vishwanath Temple

Hi, in your recent revisions at the page, you have replaced images, and effectively removed the recent image in infobox with an old image. Would you care to explain why? Thanks, User4edits (talk) 15:01, 23 July 2022 (UTC)

Hi User4edits. The original image seemed a better representative image of the temple than the newer one. Also the caption said it's from 1915 (though it's of good quality). So I retained it in the infobox. However, I did not remove the new image (which I feel, too, is a good one) but retained it in the article in an appropriate section. Please feel free to revert if you think the new one is a better one. If necessary, we can also start a discussion on the talk page. Cheers. Rasnaboy (talk) 19:32, 23 July 2022 (UTC)

Kural

"The text states that one should call anyone with virtue and kindness a Brahmin.{{sfn|Kaushik Roy|2012|p=153}}"

I got to know that you added this information on the wikipedia page : Kural. However, the source quoted is "unreliable". None of the prominent translators of Kural translate this kural as given in your source. The couplet does not define who can be referred as a Brahmin.

So, I'm taking down your edit. It will be better if you can quote better source. Vigneshvvickyv0 (talk) 09:11, 30 November 2022 (UTC)

The Kural itself is a primary source and quoting from it all by oneself involves WP:OR. The Kaushik Roy source is a WP:RS added after discussion between different users and reviewing editors and thus cannot be simply dismissed at whim. Please provide source for your claims but do not remove sourced contents. Please discuss on the talk page. Rasnaboy (talk) 17:58, 30 November 2022 (UTC)

First of all, the Kural is not quoted rather its translation, which is still in discussion.

Kaushik Roy did not substantiate his translation. He did not give "source for his translation". And, I also quoted the translations of two prominent scholars.

The Kural does not define who can be referred as a Brahmin rather it only promotes non-violence over performing Yajnas.

So, I request you to quote a proper source or take down that part. Vigneshvvickyv0 (talk) 18:55, 30 November 2022 (UTC)

It includes the title of the book/journal, title of the article (if a journal), name of the author, date, publisher detail, edition number (for books), volume and issue numbers (for journals), page numbers, URL details, etc. And, most importantly, this should be a reliable source (please see WP:RS), not a blog, self-published work, non-peer-reviewed works, opinion pieces, outdated published works (whose ideas have been scholarly refuted), and so forth. For example, the following sources in the article are reliable ones:

Plutarch's kids

I've only edited lower-tier articles and am not sure how to proceed with a larger edit to the section on Plutarch's family that covers the following:

1. The daughter, Timoxena, whose death precipitated the _Consolation_ 2. "little Charon", the son whose early death is mentioned in the _Consolation_ as well 3. Soklaros is not dubious -- P. calls him "my Soklaros" in _How Adolescents Should Learn Poetry_. There's a lot of footnote debate about whether he died young, or if he survived to the L. Mestrius Soklaros in an inscription of Hadrian.

Is it best to write this up and post it? Or to start a conversation on the talk page before posting?

Theodox (talk) 05:13, 9 January 2023 (UTC)

Hi Theodox. You can make the changes in Wikipedia by all means so long as you provide reliable sources to back your changes. You don't have to necessarily start a conversation on the talk page for every change that you initiate (unless the change is debatable, controversial, not well established, and so forth). I see Timoxena has a mention in the article but not Charon and Soklaros. You can add these but remember to provide reliable backing source lest other editors remove the claim. Please read WP:RS so that you get an idea on this. Cheers. Rasnaboy (talk) 05:37, 9 January 2023 (UTC)

Date Formatting

Thank you for your active contributions to the roster, and keep at it, you are doing a wonderful job.

As part of the date formatting team my job is to ensure that pages display the correct date format. Whether thats Day/Month/Year for most nations, Month/Day/Year for the US, and Year/Month/Day for East Asian nations. Please ensure you can remain consistent when formatting pages. Your https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pongal_(festival) uses a mix of two different formats. Either change all the dates on the relevant pages to fit in the Month/Day/Year (American format) or choose the format that India including Tamil Nadu uses Day/Month/Year.

If you would prefer to use script assisted formatting please refer to the MOS:NUM page attached to the side of this message.

Thanks for noticing, Sumanuil. That's not something from an external source. That was a file from the corresponding Tamil Wikipedia article (ta:வீற்றிருந்த பெருமாள் கோவில், வேப்பத்தூர்). Not sure why certain images couldn't be shared between various language projects of Wikipedia. Rasnaboy (talk) 03:08, 23 January 2023 (UTC)

It was probably uploaded to Tamil Wikipedia only and not to Commons, in which case English Wikipedia can't access it. - Sumanuil. (talk to me) 04:23, 23 January 2023 (UTC)

@Theriyala: I understand you're efforts in finding sources for the claim. However, please understand that only scholarly sources like peer-reviewed academic research works are considered reliable. Any claims from tabloids, click-bait news reports, politicians, self-claimed researchers, self-published works, etc. (there are many in the list) are not to be cited as source, even if they are published. Please read what reliable sources are all about. I notice many of the claims that you make are of such nature, which will eventually be reverted. Keeping on reverting will only be considered edit warring here on Wikipedia. Also please discuss your claims on the article's talk page before adding them to the article so that other experienced editors could participate in the discussion. Thanks. February 2023

Hello. Sir, I am finding that some anonymous users are constantly reverting edits which are proper and according to the correct source. I have recently added a seasonal charter flight destination in the Airlines and Destinations section of the article Surat International Airport. And, the source I have added is a flight tracking website, but it is as per the latest data and is reliable. I know that it is usually not recommended by Wikipedia to add such sources as citations as they may not be reliable, but as I have not got any other source as news article which are reliable and as the flight service is operational as a seasonal charter flight after I found out in the flight tracking website, I added it, as whatever are the destinations from a particular airport are operational, should be present in the Airlines and Destinations section of that airport's article. So, I request you to protect the article Surat International Airport as it is being vandalised by anonymous users, and so that such incidents do not occur again in the future. Waiting for a quick response. Thank you. Altoumulus (talk) 06:23, 8 February 2023 (UTC)

Hi. Am not sure if flight-tracking websites can be used as sources. We generally go by Airport Authority of India and other reliable sources, but not sure about the ones you said. I don't have admin rights, but for persistent vandalism by anonymous IPs, you can use Wikipedia:Requests for page protection to ask the admins for page protection. "Related Ethnic Groups" - Tamil Brahmin

I just wanted to highlight that the "Related Ethnic Groups" section is, upon reading the article and considering many events in history, quite controversial. For the record, I will be using "community" and "ethnicity" interchangeably in this post.

Although it is not directly stated, it gives the reader an impression that "Tamil People" are a monolithic "ethnicity" who follow the same customs, have similar genetics and share a cultural bond. This may be true for the majority of Tamil speakers, who have intermarried and shared cultural, societal and linguistic bonds with each other regardless of whatever community they hail from, however it is definitely not applicable in the case of the Brahmins.

First of all, it is not fully made clear in the article whether the "Tamil people" that are referred in this sense are an "ethnic group" or are just people who speak the Tamil language. Assuming the latter is the case, as it makes more sense, that makes Tamil just a language which should be acknowledged. Referring to all speakers as one monolithic identity of "Tamil people" disregards all the drastic differences there is between communities.

In the case of the Brahmins, Tamil is simply just a language and nothing more. It may vary per individual and their upbringing however as a community, the language Sanskrit is given equal or if not more importance as correctly highlighted in the article. In contrast to this, most Tamil ethnicities only regard Tamil as their language of prime importance and nothing else; most prayers are only recited in Tamil and Vedic related customs are pretty much unknown to most of the local folk, who comprise most the demographic of Tamils. Tamil Brahmins, on top of this, also have their own unique dialect of Tamil that they had developed upon entry to the Tamil Country, where a significant portion of the language takes influence from Sanskrit, the tongue that is important and native to Brahmins in general. This distinct dialect, is known as Brahmnik or Brahmin Tamil, which again is mentioned in the article. Without going into too much detail, Brahmins have always been bilingual by being able to speak or at least have knowledge of Sanskrit and by being able to speak Tamil. This is the linguistic differences between Tamils and Tamil Brahmins.

The cultural differences are vast. They are different in origins, in linguistics and in nature. The Brahmins are the custodians of the Vedic works, their ancestors had developed the works and it's under their good right to keep it well preserved. The general culture of Brahmins are in essence Vedic. The origin of Vedism, I am aware that Vedism is no longer in its pure form but I am referring to it as worship around the Vedic gods, works and practises, is from the north west of India and is, once again, not followed by or native to the Tamils. The culture of Brahmins "may" overlap with that of the natives, but this is very rarely the case. Even the biggest Tamil function, "Thai Pongal" is celebrated throughout India as Makar Shankranthi, Lohri etc.. so it isn't only a "Tamil" oriented festival that the Brahmins have adopted. The Brahmins follow the Manusmriti, which is rejected by most the natives as they feel they are unjustly treated by its stated rules.

The Brahmins follow an extremely strict "Gotra system" which is an unbroken paternal lineage descending directly from one of the Sapta Rishis. This is a Vedic practise and is extremely important in marital affairs in North India and Brahmins till this day. The Gotras can be traced directly back to where they originated from, in other words directly indicating where the ancestors of that particular Gotra came from. For most Tamil Brahmin Vadama Iyers and Iyengars, this would lead back to Haryana's Dhoshi Hills where Rishi Bhrigu was recorded of dwelling. For some it takes them to the banks of the river Saraswati before it dried up. It changes based on Gotra. The Gotra system, in some ways, has links to genetic haplogroups that have been discovered in more recent times with the help of modern technology, which leads me on to my next point.

The Brahmins have different genetics to native Tamils. Although this is a highly controversial topic, which for some weird reason many right wingers seem to take offence in, it is proven by many individuals who are qualified and well researched into the study of genetics and how DNA works. The likes of Razib Khan on Brown Pundits, ArainGang on Twitter/Medium, various studies conducted like the Narasimhan papers, the HarappaWorld GEDmatch pages etc the list goes on. If you want me to summarise the overall results and save you the research then here you are:

An average Tamil/South Indian is comprised of around:

25-30% Baloch/Neolithic Iranian Farmer DNA

0-5% Steppe DNA

55-80% ASI (Ancestral South Indian DNA) (middle castes have about 50-60 ish % while lowers have 65+)

While an average Tamil Brahmin genetically clusters with middle-upper caste North Indians, other Brahmin groups and in some cases, even Northwest Indian groups like the Kashmiri Pandits. An average Tamil Brahmin is comprised of around:

35-40% Baloch/Neolithic Iranian Farmer DNA

15-20% Steppe DNA

35-45% ASI DNA

Just for comparison purposes, an average Punjabi (not outliers e.g. Jatts, Rors) is comprised of:

40-45% Baloch/Neolithic DNA

20-25% Steppe DNA

25-35% ASI DNA

Although the Brahmins may have, in some cases, native maternal haplogroups, so do most Indians. The paternal haplogroups of Brahmins however are mostly that of R1a, G2a and certain others that are not found within Tamils who have predominantly the native haplogroups L, M and H.

Regardless, Brahmins are the outliers in virtually all states compared to the natives except Northwest India.

Any work on South Asian genetics recognises Brahmins as their own cluster/group and are genetically distant from their neighbours, in this case the Tamils.

With all of this stated it is highly questionable to link Tamil people and Tamil Brahmins together as "related ethnic groups" just because they speak the same language. They are more related to each other and North Indians, in terms of culture, religious practices, language (Sanskrit), genetics and history (many Brahmins had migrated in waves to South India upon the invitations of Kings of the time, due to beliefs of them bringing good fortune and prosperity for the temples and general land; this is backed by various inscriptions and copper plate markings gifted to these Brahmins arriving from the banks of the modern day river Yamuna, the same has also been recorded from the river Saraswati in today's Kashmir and Haryana).

So to conclude, it is not only overlooking all these differences, but is also in some ways disrespectful to just lump Tamil Brahmin culture and lifestyle to that of Tamils in general. They are distinct, they deserve to be acknowledged as such. I personally feel, if you feel it too troublesome to replace it with Pancha Gauda Brahmins or Brahmins in general, then at least remove the existing link to "Tamil People" in general.

Hope you take this rather heartfelt plea into account and act on it where possible.

Thank you for reading. Temporary 1010 (talk) 19:40, 24 February 2023 (UTC)
