Hello Mulairi. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Mulairi. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Mulairi|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. PRAXIDICAE🌈 21:14, 5 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

no i am not paid or willing to be paid by any company. It might be just a conflict of interest that is screaming out to you that i am being paid. It is totally a misunderstanding. I am just spreading that how Pakistan's financial industry is grooming which is probably not acted upon mostly, that is it Mulairisuggest/consult 21:18, 5 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
Can you explain how this is your own work? PRAXIDICAE🌈 21:19, 5 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
it is certainly not my own work, i uploaded that from mobile and could not see author details that i should put in it so i thought to upload that and will change it when i m in my workspace but unfortunately forgot that. Now i must edit it. Sorry but that's the truth Mulairisuggest/consult 22:34, 5 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
There are two points here.
  1. File:Standard Sadapay Card.jpg is up for deletion as a copyright violation on Wikimedia Commons. I have called your behaviour into question on your talk page there, which is where you must justify yourself
  2. You state that you have a Confict of Interest: It might be just a conflict of interest that is screaming out to you that i am being paid.. Please elaborate on that. With precision, what is your COI?
Please answer the second point here. 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 22:26, 6 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Timtrent I am not getting paid, I have stated that before too. The article had to be written for the respective company because it has that notability factor here in the country. Secondly I cannot provide you with a paperwork that states I am not getting paid so my words are all here. Mulairisuggest/consult 22:34, 6 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
You said above: It might be just a conflict of interest that is screaming out to you that i am being paid. To me this says that you have a conflict of interest. These are your own words. Setting any issue of payment aside, please explain with precision your conflict of interest. What is your relationship with this organisation? 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 22:38, 6 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Timtrent I used conflict of interest in some other manner regardless of the Wikipedia guidelines. I have relation with that organization, and I gave you the reason of creating the article Mulairisuggest/consult 22:45, 6 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
I find that your uploading copyright files to Wikimedia Commons despite all the declarations that you have to make that it is your own work when you know that it is not has stretched my good faith in you past its elastic limit.
Praxidicae, you raised that issue. What are your thoughts here, please? 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 22:52, 6 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
It's obvious undisclosed paid editing or a COI. If not, it's a wild amount of CIR that needs to be dealt with. PRAXIDICAE🌈 22:53, 6 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Praxidicae It's not paid or a COI. Whatever reasons I have given are true and everything is disclosed from my end. I hope to edit Wikipedia with it's best interest like yourselves and eliminate the vandal or disruptive outputs. Mulairisuggest/consult 23:00, 6 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
You say above I used conflict of interest in some other manner regardless of the Wikipedia guidelines. What manner is that? Be precise.
I agree with Praxidicae's thoughts about your editing precisely because of the way you are being very opaque here and your talk page on Wikimedia Commons shows aggression in response to your uploads being challenged.
While Commons has very different rules from here, aggression is tolerated nowhere.
I offer you the polite and firm suggestions that you choose to answer direct questions with direct answers, and that aggression is never present in any communication 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 21:39, 7 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Mulairi,

You moved this article from main space to Draft space SIX minutes after it was created. This is not appropriate. You also do not have enough editing experience to make decisions on which articles are appropriate to be draftified and which should be left in main space to be developed and improved. Please gain more experience improving existing articles or working on drafts of your own before taking on administrative duties.

If you have questions about draftification or editing on Wikipedia, please bring them to the Teahouse. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 01:24, 8 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Do not draftify or otherwise attempt to "review" articles - you yourself are too new and lack an understanding of many of our policies and guidelines. PRAXIDICAE🌈 19:54, 23 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello, Mulairi,
I second this request. Inexperienced editors taking on advanced responsibilities is a quick way to lose your editing privileges. Do not do any more draftifications or other administrative tasks. Work on improving your editing skills by working on articles. Liz Read! Talk! 01:55, 24 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Just as in the messages above, I strongly recommend you to get used to wikipedia by contributing to article content and durnig patrolling handle only obvious vandalism or other serious drawbacks. Placing various tags without really knowing rules in depth creates a disruption rather than help. Loew Galitz (talk) 21:17, 23 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
i agree some of my tags were not complying with wiki policies but many tags i added led to page deletion which is a good thing. I am looking forward to learn more about wiki guidelines and policies with time Mulairisuggest/consult 21:24, 23 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
If a page is for deletion, this is a "serious drawback" I mentioned. Loew Galitz (talk) 21:28, 23 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
So if a person is promoting himself by creating a page and it led to deletion, It is considered as a drawback for you? or some page which has various issues that might be solved or that page might be created, complying with the policies. That seems a drawback to you? it does not seem to me Mulairisuggest/consult 21:32, 23 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

By-elections in Pakistan moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, By-elections in Pakistan, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Angel Tsvetkov

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Angel Tsvetkov, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.
