The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

A first-time offender deserves a second chance. I was not paid, I was simply used. I thought I was helping but there's no conflict of interest whatsoever otherwise I wouldn't have done what I did without following procedure. I have been editing pages since 2014 with no qualms whatsoever, please judge my article for what it is; fair and balanced. Compare my edit to the previous revisions and see which is which. I've even edited articles of Hollywood personalities for no penny so being in Uganda and making a contribution does not mean I have to be paid, coincidences do occur. GSS, using Wikipedia is a 5-year course in itself, most things you learn them through mistakes unintended most times. Back then (2018) I used to think a Wikimedia account is separate from a Wikipedia account so I didn't exactly know that you could have one account for both. That issue was rectified at the time, and we agreed that I should simply have one account for both. It's a work in progress mastering the online encyclopedia.

Yamla, GSS flagged me for paid advertising then MER-C on blocking me noticed that that particular article had back then been edited by a sockpuppet which is coincidental. Personally, I can only avail defence for the paid advertising accusation because the sockpuppetry charge is on another entity.
