Ways to improve Grand Trunk Western 4070

Ways to improve Grand Trunk Western 4070

Hi, I'm Bensci54. Dolothedolphin, thanks for creating Grand Trunk Western 4070!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Per WP:Trains/Manual of Style, an individual train is only notable if it is the first, last, largest, longest, smallest, oldest, etc. of its class.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Your Teahouse question

I saw your question and decided to answer here because I can give a longer response. In order to customize your signature go to Special:Preferences and bring up the signature page. You then edit the basic signature listed by changing the color, font style, etc. and then be sure to save it. To see the markup I used to customize mine, just put this post in edit mode. I don't care if you copy paste mine into your preferences, just be sure to change my name for yours! White Arabian Filly Neigh 21:28, 14 June 2017 (UTC)

You can read more about signatures at Wikipedia:Signatures and Wikipedia:Signature tutorial. In any case you do not create your signature on your css page. The above advise is quite correct. You may also copy the format of my sig if you like, of course changing the name to yours. DES (talk)DESiegel Contribs 21:44, 14 June 2017 (UTC)
Oh White Arabian Filly I often give answers considerably longer than the above directly on the Teahouse page. DES (talk)DESiegel Contribs 21:44, 14 June 2017 (UTC)
If there is still doubt, you click "Preferences" at top of any page, enter the wanted signature in the "Signature" field, make a checkmark at "Treat the above as wiki markup", and click "Save" at the bottom. Your edit [1] did not use the right type of code for signatures but maybe you want something like [[User:McStyx|<span style="background-color:#ffa500;color:#ffffff;font-weight:bold;">McStyx</span>]] which renders as McStyx. I think I understand now, thank you all for your help McStyx (talk) 15:10, 15 June 2017 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Muboshgu. Your recent edit to the page Andrew McCutchen appears to have added premature information about a reported sports transaction, so it has been removed for now. The transaction is based on anonymous sources and/or awaiting an official announcement. If you believe the transaction has been completed, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. – Muboshgu (talk) 22:14, 15 January 2018 (UTC)
