Hi, Alberta-girl-73. I deleted the article because it looked like an advert. You probably didn't intend it to be like that, I guess. Things like companies' mission statements (i.e. [Counselling Connect] exists to communicate a variety of approaches...) often aren't particularly appropriate to the article. I've "userfied" the article so you can work on it – you'll find it at User:Alberta-girl-73/Counselling Connect. My suggestion is to find an existing article of a similar company/organisation/magazine and use that as the basis of the Counselling Connect page. If you want to let me know if there's an similar article that you'd like to base the CC one on, just let me know and I'd be happy to help you out! I'd like to know why you deleted my page, I only just started an article about a company who has swindled 50 people out of £20k went back to continue, it had gone. I thought anybody could publish on Wikipedia

Yes, anybody may write content on Wikipedia. However, we have policies and guidelines that govern or make recommendations on that content. In this case, the article you wrote was entirely one-sided (one of our core policies is that of a neutral point of view) and seemed more like soapboxing than an objective, balanced article. We do not accept personal opinion in articles (your first sentence started with "Business For Breakfast is in my opinion..."). Additionally, the organisation Business for Breakfast doesn't seem notable – there's no real hits in Google News, and standard Google Search hits all seem to be from the organisation itself. Finally, it should go without saying that as your writing contained unsourced negative information, you should read our WP:LIBEL policy. Hi, Cornflakesandmilk. I deleted the page as it was an unreferenced biography (we mustn't have these) and failed our notability guidelines for musicians – as such it was liable for speedy deletion at any time. You're welcome to rewrite the page (I suggest you use our articles for creation tool as it's helpful for this sort of thing. However, you'll need to include reliable, third party sources in the article. Reliable sources are not social networking or user-generated content sites, and third-party sources must be independent of the subject (i.e. not connected to Wil Wainwright) so to avoid a conflict of interest or any neutrality problems. TMZ are just a celebrity gossip site, often first on the scene of stories of celebrities' deaths. It creates a lot of work for us, as although they're often correct, many news agencies in turn cite them as a source so we have to be on the lookout for this. You've proved my point there – 2012 World Tour goes to one by Madonna, not One Direction. The reason I moved and redirected the article was that:

• "2013 World Tour" is meaningless and ambiguous on its own
• It's capitalised, implying it's actually the given name

I can't see where on the website it uses the phrase 2013 World Tour implying it's the proper name. Until there's a given name (say, in support of an album release) then we should not give it a name. There are many articles that "2013 world tour" could apply to, so we should disambiguate using redirect and a disambiguation page if necessary. Hi Abhishekjindal12. First, you will need to identify the copyright holder of the text on the Amazon site. You may know this already, but I suspect it belongs to either the book's publisher or—depending on Amazon's content policy—Amazon themselves. Let's assume that the publisher owns the writes to the blurb. You should follow our donating copyrighted materials instructions, particularly the section entitled WP:DCM#Granting us permission to copy material already online. This will involve sending a message to the Wikimedia Foundation from the publisher, showing that they are happy for this re-use.

Alternatively, if (due to Amazon's policies) they own rights to the text (like they may well do if it's a customer review or similar), there's probably not a lot that can be done. Without reading through their T&Cs, I suspect they do not licence their material for reuse for commercial projects (though Wikipedia itself isn't commercial, our licence is such that our content can be reused by commercial organisations).

The third factor to consider, regardless of whether we can reuse the text on Wikipedia, is whether it is appropriate. As the content was not originally written for Wikipedia, it may not be suitable. Does it conform to our neutral point of view policy? Does it have numerous reliable references? On first look at the deleted page, it seems that it may struggle to pass both of those policies.

For the second factor and third factor, the author owns the copyrights for the material and further, I re-wrote the description of the book specifically for wikipedia during my last attempt of the page creation and such a description has not been published before about the book. Felix Baumgartner Controversy

Concerning your revert in the article on Felix Baumgartner: I'd like to remember you of the historic fact that Austrians have played a significant role during the Nazi regime, thus comments by prominent Austrian persons favouring the installation of a dictatorship (and may it be a "moderate" one) including the expression of a disdain towards democratic structures will quite naturally be received as a serious matter by the public in Austria and the German speaking world. Baumgartner's utterances on his political views were reported and commented by media worldwide and have stirred debate and criticism in Austrian, Swiss and German mainstream media (e.g. search on google.at for a quick overview) Thus the matter can be labeled a "controversy" with due significance for the concerning WP article, which neither represents "the view of a distinct minority" nor "give(s) undue weight" to a certain (minority) viewpoint as mentioned in WP:UNDUE. You've effectively answered my problems with the article with this post. My concern was that we cannot call something a controversy without a third party referring to it as such (though I can't see that this story has had worldwide coverage, it certainly hasn't been big news here in the UK). Just because Baumgartner (allegedly) made a controversial comment, we can't just add that to the article—there are many other things he's said in interviews that we haven't included, therefore we must have some sort of threshold for inclusion. That threshold lies with third party coverage (i.e. does the media call it a controversy, and would we be able to add a section the article proportional to the coverage?). By giving that Google link you've shown the media has had some coverage. It doesn't seem particularly extensive, but enough to add to the article—I'd suggest it goes under a "personal life" section rather than giving it its own header, as that would be giving one minor part of Baumgartner's biography undue weight.
