Basic requirement for a stand alone article page

Regarding your draft article now located at User:Gknoth/Global Human Development Program, from what you have created and from my basic searching, it does not appear to meed the basic minimum requirements for having a stand alone article. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 23:57, 21 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
