Article about Sheila Sri Prakash

Hi Atlantic306, If you recall a few months ago, there was an article about a woman architect from India Sheila Sri Prakash which was being vandalized and a few people from the community had to salvage it from a nomination to delete the article. After a long drawn out argument and conversation, it was cleaned up substantially and it was saved from deletion thanks to your help. At the end of all that, in what surprised me as a turn around of events, the user who had nominated it for deletion removed the advert tags. I am afraid it has been tagged again and I am afraid it may be dragged through more controversy, given her stature as a woman pioneer in her field in her country, which clearly seems to be a contentious topic. I am not sure how to recover the conversation that was had about this article when a debate was had on wikipedia about the nomination for deletion but I wanted to seek your help about trying to clean this up, if you think it would be appropriate, such that the advert tag and unreliable tags can be addressed-removed permanently. As a fellow woman architect and academician, I believe that such an accomplished woman in a male dominated field such as architecture deserves better rather than be dragged in to a controversy on wikipedia. I took your advice (and you certainly can remove a PROD) but I didn't see where the page creator attempted to remove it in the edit history. Hello Atlantic. You were so helpful when I was working on my other article. Apparently, I still have some learning to do. I just made this page Looney's Pub and it was immediately flagged by another user. Could you take a look and tell me what you think? I was trying to model it after other similar pages and used a large amount of verifiable sources. I still need to add a section about community involvement in child cancer fundraisers and sponsoring 10-13 lacrosse teams (children). Several fundraisers by this pub have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for different charities. Is this considered notable? Thank you so much for any guidance! Concerns re. Bitag deletion

Thank you for messaging!

I have decided to tag the article for WP:AFD since you have deleted the deletion request I made. Can you explain to me why did this happen? I marked "Bitag" for deletion because of its contents and there's already a separate media history re. the program. Since Wikipedia uses third-party sources for obvious reasons and my colleague's media history will not be considered, I have decided to mark that page for deletion.

Also, how can you correct the information of Kilos Pronto if there aren't proper third-party sources explaining the program's contents? Its presence on Wikipedia is creating confusion rather than clarifying anything for those who watch KP.

Wikipedia has been an avenue of people throwing in their edits without substantial references ESPECIALLY in pages such as BITAG, Kilos Pronto, and Ben Tulfo's page. I hope you can reconsider this.

If the editors rely on my colleague's media history, will it be considered as a valid source on your end? One of the editors here mentioned that they can only use third-party sources due to obvious reasons. So if there aren't ANY third party sources pertaining to the information placed on pages such as BITAG and Kilos Pronto, what can I do about it? If I were to correct the information placed there, I might be questioned for editing them as well because I do not have concrete references other than my colleague's media history and "About" page found on his website.

Damnation Angels (Draft)

Hey, thank you for your feedback. I've started looking for some new sources, but I have to ask: am I limited strictly to the list you linked me to? Several of those, even just within the subset of outlets that focus on the Metal genre, are either no longer publishing material, or publish new articles so rarely that it's laughable. Can you give any indication as to what falls within acceptable parameters? None of the parameters I was taught for writing college-level essays apply to writing a wiki article for a metal band.

Copyright Act Maldives

Hello Jimmy, it is no nice to interact with you after so long. Just wanted to clarify something.

In 2010, a copyright law was passed in the Maldives which was put into effect in October 2010. According to Clause 36 of the copyright law of Maldives any products such as photos published in websites before the copyright law was put into effect are not protected under the copyright law. This applies to photos copied from original sources and published in other websites too according to the law. See [2] for the translation.
