Engine-driven tire pump moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Engine-driven tire pump, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Rolls Royce Phantom post

The material on the rolls royce phantom page was stripped off any text that would be viewed as promotional, as well as the picture that was included. Can you please revert that latest edit. It's purely historical and covers ownership in the same context that the Queen of England's RR Phantoms were covered. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kushmania (talkcontribs) 18:48, 3 November 2020 (UTC)

You have to take your argument to the article's talk page and reach a consensus there for a change that has been reverted so many times. It is not up to me.--Akrasia25 (talk) 21:34, 3 November 2020 (UTC)

Kaktovik Iñupiaq numerals

Hi Akrasia. I don't see the point of adding Greenlandin numbers. They would seem to be irrelevant. If you have a ref that the Kaktovik numerals are used in Greenland, could you supply that? Otherwise your addition would probably be best at Greenlandic language. I'll go ahead and move it there, since that info is missing. — kwami (talk) 20:26, 22 November 2020 (UTC)

I just tossed the book that talks about Greenland and Inupiaq numerals. I am fine with you moving the edit to Greenlandic language. Can you keep the reference to that book? --Akrasia25 (talk) 20:35, 22 November 2020 (UTC)

I moved the ref as well.

BTW, links like this: [[Greenlandic Inuit]] [[Greenlandic language|language]] are difficult for readers to make good use of, and should be avoided. See MOS:SEAOFBLUE. — kwami (talk) 20:46, 22 November 2020 (UTC)

Do you have any evidence they're still in use? I've been contacting the people involved, but so far nothing. — kwami (talk) 01:45, 24 November 2020 (UTC)

Interview Request

Hi,

I am an undergraduate student in an art history course focussing on art activism. I noticed that you are an active contributor to WP:Women in Red (WiR). I am interested in learning more about WiR users like yourself for use in a class project. I would sincerely appreciate if you would agree to answering a few short questions for me.

  • How did you hear about WiR?
  • What made you decide to get involved?
  • How many pages have you contributed to as a part of WiR?
  • How do you decide what pages to work on?
  • What's the page you're most proud of and why?
  • How much time per month do you devote to WiR?
  • Do you view content creation as a form of art?
  • Do you view your work as activism?
  • How do you research a topic that you wish to edit or create a new page on?

If you agree, please feel free to leave your answers as a reply to this post. Thank you for your time in considering my interview request. HonestButterfly (talk) 20:46, 29 November 2020 (UTC)

Edits to User:Wyatt Tyrone Smith/sandbox

Thanks for the edits to User:Wyatt Tyrone Smith/sandbox but that page is already live, here: MuseuMAfricA.... Wyatt Tyrone Smith (talk) 20:11, 18 December 2020 (UTC)

As for the common links, they were there before I edited the page and I never changed that so I just left them. Usually I would remove them from common things like South Africa. (Not on Afrikaans WP, though. Its a lot more linky). Wyatt Tyrone Smith (talk) 20:14, 18 December 2020 (UTC)

Your draft article, Draft:Opson (operation)

Hello, Akrasia25. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Opson".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 22:59, 21 December 2020 (UTC)
