I ultimately deleted it since it was a copyright violation from several sources. I was mildly tempted to take this to AfD since there was an assertion of notability and if he's judged ultimately non-notable then that'd somewhat help prevent further recreation as well. Other than a handful of sources I'm not really bringing up much to show that this guy is really all that notable. If it gets recreated again and doesn't have the copyvio, feel free to take it to AfD. Later in the night, Mr. Sharad Vivek Sagar sent me an email citing that he "by chance" noticed his page on Wikipedia and that he needed my help in managing it. It was then I noticed that this page was deleted twice in 2012. This time, the user used lower case for middle and last name and recreated the page. I replied to Mr. Sagar's email and appraised him about WP:GNG, WP:BIO, WP:YFA and also mentioned that this might be a case of WP:COI. Thanks for deleting the page. I will keep this in my watchlist. 'Vandalism'

I notice you are tagging things as vandalism when they are merely non-notable (or rather, for CSD, lacking in significance). Vandalism is for things that are not true, or attack someone or something, or are designed to lower the value of the encyclopaedia by putting rubbish in. There are separate tags for blatant hoax ("Madonna has just been announced by the French Government as the first ruling Queen of France") and attack ("Fred Beaverhouse is a thief but he hasnt been caught yet"). A student posting what little autobiography he has isn't vandalism. A lot of people genuinely think that Wikipedia is like Facebook, where every man and his hamster can have a page. Hello, I live in Los Angeles, and I'm a current law school student at UCLA. This page I'm creating is for J.Lately who is currently a rapper from the SF Bay Area, and I found J.Lately performing

I have found many reliable online articles written on him, and there were legitimate sources that are comparable to other artists I looked up. He is a serious full-time music artist that tours across the country and performs with other big name artists. One such notable artist, Zion I whose is listed on your wikipedia page, has made songs in the past with him dating to two years ago, and more recently one month ago, on 2 of J.Lately's albums. J.Lately most recent album was released under Zion I's record label "Mind Over Matter."

Additionally, J.Lately has toured across the country with big name artists from the San Francisco Bay Area, such as Zion I, Locksmith, and Los Rakas. Most recently, this winter of 2015, he toured across country with these artists going all over the West Coast in the Rapture Tour

These are all big name artists that preform internationally, and are local legends from the SF Bay Area. J.Lately represents as a rapper from the SF Bay Area preforming at the same venues and same shows as these artists, and passes this automated "lack of asserted importance" standard set in wiki's filtering system.

Additionally, I understand other people who have bands or make music have illegitimately tried to create wikipedia pages on them, and as a result, wikipedia filtering system uses strict scrutiny for any band or music artists, but in those cases I believe they were not proper sources. In J.Lately case, he has been interviewed and covered in reliable sources that I have found and cited.

Please read over the story I have written and see the numerous sources I have cited.

Although I would like to contribute as an admin, I would like to give myself couple of more months for 1) I have not been editing consistently and was away for entire month of Apr 2015. 2) Recently few of the picture uploaded by me (in article Cafe Mondegar) were deleted on counts of copyright violation. Although the deletion did not attract any ugly discussion but I would still give it sometime before I take up the candidature and 3) I am working towards improving the quality of my edits and "housekeeping actions" so that when I am ready to be an Admin, I can contribute better.

Why this page should be deleted. I think Rajesh Aggarwal who was the IT Secretary of Maharashtra has played a very Important Role. We hardly have any information of our IAS officer who work so hard to develop our country. I think Rajesh Aggarwal Has played a very Important role in making the Voters ID with Photo and also played a very important role in making Aadhaar the No one state in Maharashtra. I am new in wikipedia so i have not followed the rule i agree but people like you can help making this page better. I think making the wikiPedia page of our IAS officer i am just serving the country. Tagging of Electronic Book Review

I recently removed a speedy delete tag that you had placed on Electronic Book Review. I do not think that Electronic Book Review fits any of the speedy deletion criteria  because "peer-reviewed scholarly journal" is a claim of significance, as is "one of the first to devote a lasting web presence to the discussion of literature, theory, criticism, and the arts". I request that you consider not re-tagging Electronic Book Review for speedy deletion without discussing the matter on the appropriate talk page.
