Rajesh Aggarwal

Why this page should be deleted. I think Rajesh Aggarwal who was the IT Secretary of Maharashtra has played a very Important Role. We hardly have any information of our IAS officer who work so hard to develop our country. I think Rajesh Aggarwal Has played a very Important role in making the Voters ID with Photo and also played a very important role in making Aadhaar the No one state in Maharashtra. I am new in wikipedia so i have not followed the rule i agree but people like you can help making this page better. I think making the wikiPedia page of our IAS officer i am just serving the country.
