Death of Peter D. Welch, February 13, 2023 edit

My father died a year ago today. I am wondering if someone could add his birth and death date to his entry.[1]https://www.legacy.com/us/obituaries/nytimes/name/peter-welch-obituary?id=47551550

@Pyrrho the Skipper, while I have your ear... the Wiki article says: "Welch's paper on the "use of fast Fourier transform for the estimation of power spectra" or Welch's method, has been cited over 5,000 times and remains widely used to reduce noise caused by imperfect and finite data."

Thank you, again, for everything. He might have one final article coming out about him, as he was honored this winter. When it has a link, I will share on this page.

He was able to see and appreciate the wiki page prior to his death and I appreciate all in this community that helped make that happen.
