File:Mohombi320x240.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion

edit
An image used in this article, File:Mohombi320x240.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations
What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request

Religion

edit

An IP added his religion but without a source. I will be removing it unless a source is provided. Religious affiliation is a sensitive BLP issue no matter what the belief. --SergeWoodzing (talk) 17:17, 14 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Mohombi. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

Add ref

edit

Ssilvers! Unless, I've formatted this in some way that you cannot approve of, please put <ref>[https://www.last.fm/music/Mohombi/+wiki Per online biography]</ref> immediediately after the mention of Wild Side Story in this article, and thank you for being willing to help! I'm being very careful with COI right now. --SergeWoodzing (talk) 06:54, 14 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi. I made some copy edits, but we cannot use the last.fm bio, because it is a Wiki that has no editorial independence. It also appears that most of it was copied from Wikipedia, or vice versa. Please find a review of the production from a legitimate press critic, or an announcement of the production that lists the cast. -- Ssilvers (talk) 07:11, 14 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
Thank you! I have access to a poster listing the cast. Would that do? --SergeWoodzing (talk) 15:55, 14 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
Found it, here. --SergeWoodzing (talk) 15:58, 14 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
Looking back at this article we find that the info about the show was added 7 years ago by the user who created the page, nobody I know. I suppose they new then for sure that he had had his stage debut in the show (as I do too). The reference for the paragraph containing this info, at that time, seems no longer to be valid, but some links don't open on my old computer. That's all I can find for now, busy with another project too. --SergeWoodzing (talk) 16:43, 14 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

I rolled back 2 edits of minor importance which had screwed up the info box totally. --SergeWoodzing (talk) 23:47, 12 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
