- Support per WP:NATURALDISAMBIGUATION and WP:SMALLDETAILS. SMALLDETAILS can be applied here to this page since he's the only person without the capital D in his last name. Also this page gets a lot of views compared to the other Mike/Michael MacDonalds'.
- Support as the NFL head coach is the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC among persons named Mike/Michael Mac(D/d)onald, and for no other reason. The coach has roughly 20 times the page views of any of the other Michael MacDonalds. I would strongly oppose the move if the only difference was the capitalization of the "d," a capital-vs-small letter in the middle of a surname is not at all
unambiguous, commonly used, and clear
