This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... the singer and band has published albums and won numerous awards in a short period of time and has also performed with many artists currently listed within wikipediaShwrigs (talk) 17:28, 27 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
@Shwrigs: I've added some news sources, which should be enough to stop a speedy deletion (which in my view means "nobody in the world could stand a hope in hell of improving this to meet our inclusion policies, ever") but for a band article you really need national coverage or a hit record on a major label to secure an article. I can see the group has toured all over the East Coast states, and put out its own records as a deliberate choice more than a lack of popularity, so I'll give it some grace, but the article is still at risk of going to a full deletion debate as it stands.
