Proposed deletion of Gehan Homes

The article Gehan Homes has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Too much promospeak (luxury, unique), not enough independent third-party sources — indeed none for the luxury and the uniqueness, and none tending to prove notability.

Kelly Chapman Meyer moved to draftspace
