A few thoughts.

• Your talk page is cluttered. You may remove any messages in it, which are obsoleted or not needed. Just delete them.
• In the draft:
  • Verbs are not capitalized.
  • Vagueness is not allowed. Everything must be factual and specific. For example "I have many awards" is not allowed. You need to write "Gryllida has 5 awards" and provide a citation.
  • Headings need to be short. 'Achievements' is enough. 'These are the achievements of Muhammad' is too long.
  • Sentences need to be short and clear. The first paragraph needs to be checked for grammar.
  • The infobox is too wide. Please ask here how to fix this.
  • In-depth coverage is required, beyond mention of the awards.
  • Once the above is resolved, please query here and ask 'Hi, is my draft Draft:Muhammad Ammar notable? Muhammad is an athlete with several prominent awards in the international level. Please advise'. Your question will be read by volunteers who have a high interest in improving martial arts articles in Wikipedia.
