Rudolph Davis: I don't know how to do it... That's a screen capture from Worldwide Pants Inc. -David Letterman production company which is almost defunct (they still own licensing page for aired videos). CBS doesn't own Letterman's content anymore, and it should be fair use, I don't think they would mind if wikipedia has 1 frame from the show, and this wasn't aired on the TV, this was between commercials.
