Unsourced, poor title (plus all caps), nothing here to actually merge and title could refer to all kinds of stuff, not just healthcare, making it a poor redirect as well.

Hello, I saw your recent edits at List of birds of Zambia and unfortunately I had to undo most of them. I explained in the edit summary that Wikipedia style (see MOS:HEADINGS) is to not put links or references in section headings. I also changed your link of avifauna from a disambiguation page to just the plain link which redirects to Bird. There's no need to change redirects to piped links.
