Thanks for uploading File:Falcon from Thomas the Tank Engine.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

I've deleted the image. Unfortunately, screen-shots of copyright material, even if just on You-tube, are not acceptable on Wikipedia (except for fair-use, which wouldn't apply here). Feel free to upload photos which you've taken yourself, or if there's any photos of the TR you want, let me know as it's quite likely I may already have one. Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway

Thank you for using an edit summary on your recent edit to Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway. It helps the whole system to work properly when we all do that. However, the edit you're trying to make to the article isn't a valid one, for two reasons. I will explain them both.

• Firstly, edits must be referenced. That means you need to provide a footnote which refers to direct evidence, preferably from a third-party website, though it can be from a book or periodical, to support the claim you are making in your edit.
• Secondly, and most importantly in this case, the TV clip you are talking about doesn't rank as "popular culture". The Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway appears on television around a dozen times every year. The programme you mention is not a key element of popular culture, and nothing about it is having repercussions in popular culture. We DO record the TV broadcasts from the post-war re-opening of the railway, because those broadcasts starred Laurel & Hardie, who are internationally renowned comedians, and so made that broadcast notable. However, we don't just record every time a railway appears on TV. The Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway appeared on my TV last night in an advert, with three little dogs running up the Dungeness line. It has appeared in countless other TV adverts (Marathon, Milkey Way, etc), on news reports, on holiday shows, on quizzes, etc, etc. The full list would run into thousands of TV broadcasts. To be included in the encyclopedia as "Popular Culture" it really needs to be something that "everybody is talking about" or something that stars an A-list celebrity.

Just to support Timothy's note above, there's another issue about "in popular culture" links. Most of them aren't commutative - a connection that matters a lot to the TV show often matters far less to the subject. Linking to the RHDR from the show can make sense, but linking to the show from the RHDR page doesn't. This is the main problem with most of the "IPC" links that get added to the encyclopedia.
