Help me!

I've tried to show why the article/person is important and I think I've got it right but I'm new to this and don't know how to cite references and categories (there are many) at the bottom. Can you help?

I don't have immediate access to the offline sources, but the online sources seem somewhat lacking in formatting, quality and content.

1. It's unclear which parts of the draft are supposed to be supported by them. Unlike the offline sources, the footnotes are not attached to any specific parts of the draft. You may want to check out WP:Referencing for beginners on how to easily create nicely-formatted footnotes for your sources.
2. An Phoblacht provides very little information on Harte, and that seems to be entirely redundant to what's already covered by the offline sources, with the possible exception of his age: He was captured during a raid on a safe house in which two policemen were murdered, was sentenced to death, shot, and later re-interred somewhere else. That's pretty much all, and it's very little, particularly regarding "showing why the person is important".
3. The Irish Republican Bulletin Board is not a reliable source, neither is the oration it reproduces. This seems to be the basis for much of the draft's content, but even that highly biased source does not claim Harte or his actions were significant enough to play a role in the creation of Irish or British anti-terror laws as the draft suggests.
4. The third link is broken, and it pointed to a free website with no indication of editorial oversight that, at least when the Wayback Machine archived it, provided no information whatsoever about Harte. Another page on the same site apparently once had a "ballad" about Harte; Wikipedia content should be based on better sources than songs.

That leaves us with the two offline sources, one of which is the original court documents which will not help establish Harte's notability. The last source, the book by Coogan, does say a little about Harte, but I rather doubt it suffices to support the draft's content (and right now it's only cited as a source for a single paragraph). I said it would be nice if you responded in some way to what we said on my talk page, rather than ignoring it and asking Worldbruce for advice instead. Was anything we said useful to you at all? Did you look at the books I linked? Did you try FDW777's tip? Are you going to tell me where you saw that Patrick McGrath was 21 when he took part in the 1916 Rising? Do you not think we deserve some response?

I have been blocked for violation of Wikipedia's copyright policy. I have reviewed and understand the issues relating to the proper use of copyrighted material on Wikipedia. In the past I did not understand the complex policies on copyrighted material, I do understand them now. I will not use copyright materials improperly on Wikipedia. I have created over a dozen articles and have a long record of adding proper references to articles that often contained none. I hope to continue adding articles and needed references (the page in which my recent violation occurred has 162 references - almost all entered by me). Below I've outlined my knowledge of the issues related to my block:

What is copyright? Copyrights protect the copyright holder from the copying of material without the permission of the copyright holder. Even inserting text copied with some changes can be a copyright violation known as close paraphrasing. Copyright violations harm Wikipedia's ability to be redistributed and can create legal problems.

How is Wikipedia licensed? According to Wikipedia:Copyrights Wikipedia is licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License (CC BY-SA) and, except where otherwise noted, the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL). These licenses permit text (but not media) to be freely redistributed, reused and built upon by anyone. Copying material without the permission of the copyright holder from sources that are not public domain or compatibly licensed would likely to be a copyright violation.

Why is copyrighted content not allowed on Wikipedia? Materials that infringe the copyrights of others may never be used. This could create legal liabilities and seriously hurt Wikipedia. It is acceptable to read an article or other work, reformulate the concepts in your own words, and submit it to Wikipedia, so long as you do not follow the source too closely.

How do you intend to avoid violating the copyright policy in the future? Generally, Wikipedia must have permission to use copyrighted works. I have used short quotes (referenced) as an effective way to make a point. I understand that the absence of a copyright does not mean the material is in the public domain. I understand that Wikipedias goal is to be a free content encyclopedia with content that is free from copyright restrictions. In the future I will summarize source material in my own words and continue to use appropriate inline references. I look forward to continuing my contributions to the encyclopedia.

I have been blocked from editing for violating Wikipedia's copyright policy. I understand that my blocking was due to several copyright violations (Wikipedia:Copyright problems). In the past I have unknowingly or carelessly used sections from books and newspaper articles (cut/paste and/or lack of references) which violated Wikipedia's copyright policy. Those edits have been removed and that type of violation will not be repeated by me. I have reviewed Wikipedia's Copyright policy, Use of non-free content, Neutral point of view and Violations guidelines and believe that I now have a thorough understanding of the issues relating to the copying of material without the permission of the copyright owner. I understand how important it is for Wikipedia to maintain articles free from copyright violations. I understand that attribution must be given whenever a page is created or altered (Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia). I also understand how Wikipedia licenses allow for text to be used and edited by Wikipedia members. In my articles/edits I've used many short quotes (usually from the subject of the article or associates), I think they are powerful tools that often get insightful points across to the reader. I have always referenced the quotes from reliable sources and do not paraphrase. Many of the pages I've started or edited deal with controversial historical subjects. The use of properly referenced material and adherence to Wikipedia's neutral point of view (NPOV) policy are essential for the integrity of those types of articles. For Wikipedia to continue to succeed is important to closely adhere to Wikipedia's Wikipedia:Verifiability policy while not violating our copyright policy. In the future I will remain alert to copyright issues, will summarize material in my own words and continue to use appropriate references. • The project instructions at WP:FEB24 say only to tag one edit summary per page with WP:FEB24 (you've tagged Eric Laakso twice).
• Why are you inserting WP:FEB24 into the article body?
