Fair use

Howdy - I've deleted the image at File:Alana-Springsteen-2023-cr-Lily-Nelson-billboard-1548.webp as it had an invalid fair use rationale attached to it. We cannot just copy any images of living persons and declare them fair use for a decorative image in an article. It would need to be an image that is not reproducible; that is, the person is dead and we need it to support specific commentary. Sam Kuru (talk) 22:52, 30 May 2023 (UTC)
