Warning edit

You have asked about your draft, by my count, now at five different places (the Teahouse, CactusWriter's talk page, Jimbo's talk page, and two different threads on the AfC help desk). This is not an invitation to add mine to that list. Repeatedly asking the same question in different places, after already having received an answer, is considered forum shopping and a type of disruptive behavior. In all those cases, you have received a clear "no" from quite a few experienced editors. I realize that you disagree, but I'm afraid that's still the answer. Perhaps the notability of this individual can be reevaluated in a year or two, if additional source material is available, but the community has, at this point, clearly decided that at this point, the reference material is not sufficient. I took a look, and for the record, I agree with them; the individual seems primarily to have been covered for one event, a Saudi Arabian video, and only briefly been name-dropped or quoted, not the in-depth type of material that's required. So, at this point, it's time to drop it, at least for now, on this one. Find something else to write about, and revisit this after a year or two's passed. (You'll have more experience editing by then, too.) If you exhaust people's patience, the result will not be that we throw up our hands and let you proceed, it will be that we throw up our hands and block you from editing. That is not the outcome I'd like to see, and probably not the one you'd like either. So, for now, please find something else to write about; maybe edit existing articles before you jump into trying to create a new one. You are not headed anywhere good with the way you're currently going. Seraphimblade Talk to me 23:22, 26 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Articles for Deletion edit

Hi Lekkala R Reddy - you seem to have nominated three articles for deletion: Anurag Chauhan, Dharmatma Saran, Anuja Trehan Kapur without giving any explanation. It is an essential part of the AFD process that you advance some argument for deletion. I would suggest that you return to the relevant AFDs for each of these pages as soon as possible and add in an explanation for why you believe they should be deleted, otherwise your nominations run the risk of simply being closed as a speedy keep. Hugsyrup 12:53, 30 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hi Hugsyrup, I believe these article may not meet Wikipedia's notability guideline for biographies. Lekkala R Reddy (talk) 13:14, 30 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Kundan Kumar Srivastava moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Kundan Kumar Srivastava, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. May 2021 edit

Hello, Lekkala R Reddy. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. I'm sorry, but a page you created  Draft:Kundan Kumar Srivastava has been deleted as meeting one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects of articles must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources which are unconnected with the subject and which provide verifiable information. Someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject. Also, encyclopedia articles must be neutral in tone and not use language that promotes or advocates for a subject, or tries to cast the subject in a favorable light. Please see User:Deepfriedokra/promo for examples of content to avoid. Sometimes creators of promotional/advocational content are bewildered that it is considered such. If one has been trained to write such content, or if one has spent some time writing such content, one may simply be blind to non-neutral phrases or styles. A common assumption is that the prohibition against promotional editing applies only to businesses or organizations. Anything can be promoted, including a person, a non-commercial organization, a point of view, etc. and CV/resumé's are by their nature promotional. Writing about oneself or any connected subject is discouraged as the connection can make objectivity difficult. Information on avoiding advocational content and common pitfalls is here and here, however be aware that these are not exhaustive.

New article creation can be difficult, but the Article Wizard can help you. The new user tutorial can help you avoid future problems. You can also ask for help at the TEAHOUSE

July 2022 edit

Hello Lekkala R Reddy. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Lekkala R Reddy. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Lekkala R Reddy|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. PRAXIDICAE🌈 14:39, 6 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello PRAXIDICAE,
I am a software engineer by profession ... I have been contributing articles on Wikipedia according to my interest and by following Wikipedia guidelines. All the articles contributed by me according to my interest and knowledge which is free of cost ..Mayyou get an impression from the nature of my edits that I have a financial stake in promoting a topic is baseless ..Kindly see my article contribution in past ..I mostly cover topics related to Social, Entrepreneurships, Politics
When I contributed an article yesterday, I found 3 articles related to that article within the topic and I contributed all three articles. You may have thought but I found links and authencity between all three articles and it is related to each other, then I contributed by own.
I follow all Wikipedia rules & guidelines, and will do in the future too.
