Hello, I'm Skamecrazy123. I noticed that in this edit to Eyes Wide Open (Sabrina Carpenter album), you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Skamecrazy123 (talk) 13:20, 12 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for uploading File:Sabrina Carpenter - Can't Blame a Girl for Trying Single Cover.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give The Middle of Starting Over (song) a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into The Middle of Starting Over. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Per WP:Manual of Style/Music samples, while 30 seconds is the absolute longest an audio sample can be, they should never exceed 10% of a song's total duration. Please don't upload and insert overly long audio samples again. Also, read WP:Notability (music)#Songs before creating or re-creating song articles to ensure it complies with the criteria for warranting an article. Simply put, they need to get a fair amount of attention from quality sources that aren't from artist/label/producer/songwriter commentary (that would basically just be self-promotion) or album reviews. Hi. Please do not use semicolons to bold per WP:PSEUDOHEAD. Bold is preferred for screen readers as well. Also, do not add unsourced content to articles, as you've been doing in the past few months by adding personnel sections to various Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez articles. I am sure you are well aware from your other contributions that all contributions need to be sourced, so this does not satisfy WP:Verifiability. Also, whatever method you used to rearrange the infobox parameters on various Demi Lovato single articles—please do not do so again; it is not standard per the order of Template:Infobox song/Template:Infobox single, nor in line with current standards related to WP:WPMU. Thank you. Ss112 20:32, 17 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, Draft:Run and Hide (Sabrina Carpenter song)

edit

Hello, Joaofranciscoaugusto. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Run and Hide".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Legacypac (talk) 16:37, 19 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot (talk) 17:08, 14 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Sabrina Carpenter - On Purpose Single Cover.jpg

edit

Thank you for uploading File:Sabrina Carpenter - On Purpose Single Cover.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.

ATTENTION: This is an automated, bot-generated message. This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:07, 3 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
