You're doing it wrong

When you nominate a page for speedy deletion, don't put the deletion notice ({{db-notability-notice}}) on the article talk page, but rather on the user talk page of the user who created the article. WikiDan61^ChatMe!_ReadMe!! 12:48, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
