Pardon me for the delayed response. I am still learning how to post articles on WikiPedia. My submission keeps getting declines. The concern first was it was marketing material. Now I have been notified that there are no enough references. Biut I have listed every reliable reference. Inappropriate page moves

I have move the article you are attempting to create back to the Draft namespace. I agree with AngusWOOF in that it is not written in a manner consistent with the policies and guidelines of this encyclopedia. I encourage you to work on it there, but attempting to circumvent the article creation process by repeatedly moving it out of the Draft namespace while it is still not an appropriate article will be considered disruptive. I don't understand the reason. I was just making my first contribution and have made all changes suggested by senior members of WikiPedia. I am a writer and author. Please search my name on Google. I have published a book and several blogs. But I am new to WikiPedia. None of this is for promotion
