Creating articles
editHallo, Thank you for creating a couple of new articles including RAF Navy Point. Please note that an article should always start with a sentence which describes what the topic is: I've now added an opening sentence "RAF Navy Point was a Royal Air Force base in the Falkland Islands.", which is a pretty standard Wikipedia lead sentence, "X is a Y."
You also need to add references: tell us where you got the information. If it's just "Something I know", that isn't good enough. If it's from a book, newspaper article, website, etc, then give us that reference. It doesn't need to be an online link.
There's a lot to learn about editing Wikipedia, but it's an interesting journey. PamD 07:56, 30 August 2013 (UTC)
- You also need to check that links go to where you intend them to go: in Kelly's Garden which I've just tidied up for you, there were links to Chinook and Rapier instead of Boeing Chinook (UK variants) and Rapier (missile). I've fixed them. PamD 08:03, 30 August 2013 (UTC)
