Logo on WKMX

Just out of curiosity, if you knew the accepted policy on logos, why didn't you make the change yourself, rather than simply reverting me, someone who is a relative newbie who was not aware of the policy? Not trying to make a big deal out of it or anything like that, but it does sort of rub me the wrong way, because I almost feel as I just got bitten.  :( --Strikerforce (talk) 05:07, 10 February 2011 (UTC)

I think it was because you removed it before updating it. That, to me, would have looked like a "drive-by removal". I would have reverted too. - NeutralhomerTalk • 05:21, 10 February 2011 (UTC)
I'm sorry, perhaps I am lost here, but who are you? --Strikerforce (talk) 06:23, 10 February 2011 (UTC)
A talk page stalker. Most users have alot of them. The TPSs help out when users aren't there. I took a look at the situation and knowing Dravecky (since I have worked with him numerous times in the past) I know he meant not ill will in the revert. - NeutralhomerTalk • 06:49, 10 February 2011 (UTC)
Strikerforce: At last check, there are 62 editors watching my talk page for various reasons. Since my time on Wikipedia is both limited and erratic on some days, on occasion one of them will jump in to answer a non-personal question posed here. NH has also edited the article in question (and thousands of other radio station articles as a member of WikiProject Radio Stations). For the record, I did an "undo" with a clear editor summary as to my reasons, not a simple revert as you say. As you've been editing the wiki for about 2.5 years and know enough to link to WP:BITE, I'm not as convinced that you're one of the "newbies" that essay contemplates. Thank you for uploaded the updated logo. - Dravecky (talk) 07:10, 10 February 2011 (UTC)

Still Not a Barn...

  The Editor's Barnstar
For finding several references on radio station WWNH when no one else could and updating the page, essentially saving it from deletion, I hereby award you this barnstar. Well done, Sir! :) - NeutralhomerTalk • 05:36, 11 February 2011 (UTC)

WXJM

A user, Ohconfucius, has requested some sources on the WXJM page. Since you rule at finding these (demostrated at WWNH), could you take a look at your leisure. - NeutralhomerTalk • 16:49, 11 February 2011 (UTC)

Thanks! :) - NeutralhomerTalk • 22:13, 11 February 2011 (UTC)
Happy to help! - Dravecky (talk) 22:15, 11 February 2011 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:WKMX-FM logo.png

Thanks for uploading File:WKMX-FM logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Courcelles 04:06, 12 February 2011 (UTC)

This image has been replaced with a superior version. - Dravecky (talk) 05:57, 12 February 2011 (UTC)

Peter David

Hi. I reverted your edit because in source cited David never gave the specific year, but merely said "the 1970s". Thanks. Nightscream (talk) 19:30, 22 February 2011 (UTC)

Okay, but there was only one World Science Fiction Convention in Washington during "the 1970s", held in 1974. - Dravecky (talk) 20:45, 22 February 2011 (UTC)

OCSFC Info Box

Thank you for adding the info box to the OCSFC page. I should have done that myself, but I don't always think of things like that.

Wesomniman (talk) 00:36, 25 February 2011 (UTC)

No worries. I'm always happy to help improve an article, especially about science fiction fandom. - Dravecky (talk) 07:38, 25 February 2011 (UTC)

Radio Station article

Hey, Draecky, I'm a member of a college radio station, looking to expand the article on our station to something more than a couple sentences long. I asked neutralhomer how to do this without violating COI rules and he gave me your name, I was wondering if you wouldn't mind helping us out as a neutral third party. Cpl attari (talk) 17:28, 26 February 2011 (UTC)

The article in question would be WMLU. - NeutralhomerTalk • 00:35, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
I've restored the non-controversial text, lightly edited and tagged. I'll be able to concentrate more on the article in the next day or two but this should be fine for the moment. - Dravecky (talk) 02:00, 27 February 2011 (UTC)

Thanks a million to both of you! Cpl attari (talk) 03:46, 28 February 2011 (UTC)

Administrative decision needed on stub sorting

If you have time, could you please help reach a decision on the hotel deletion discussions from Feb 8? There was some opposition to my original proposal, but no one commented on the revised proposals. I'm willing to help on whatever changes the community agrees on, but just need to have a final decision. Dawynn (talk) 13:59, 28 February 2011 (UTC)
