Why did I get blocked?

Why did I get blocked? The User:Magitroopa who put a section in en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Incidents#Disruptive_IP-_persistent_hoaxes,_draft/page_protection_removal_requests,_etc. I thought me and him were best friends on Wikipedia. I enjoyed the first day of school, Labor Day, my 14th birthday, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. Acroterion should have not changed my block settings, since I had especially considering the bad fact that I had to wait 6 months for it to expire. I can't edit pages here, weirdly.
