The controversy should read as follows:

Controversy

On September 23, 2013, in response to a comment on Twitter that pitted the skills of football players up against the skills of the U.S. military, Nsekhe defended his profession by posting, “It doesn’t take much skill to kill someone.” That same day, Nsekhe removed his comment and posted on his own Twitter page, "In no way were my comments meant to demean the members of our US armed forces," and "I recognize the sacrifices these members make so that all American's can enjoy the freedoms our soldiers skills have afforded us." But someone had taken a screen-shot picture of the first comment and sent the picture to several internet media websites, many of which ran with the story because of Nsekhe's name recognition. Some internet bloggers jumped into the situation and condemned Nsekhe, while others viewed his comment as something quickly said and quickly retracted. For a couple days this story was the buzz on some internet social media sites, but in no way became any type of major news story.
