The prose is very stop and start and needs major improvements. Further, the article is littered with idioms and metaphor, jargon, typos, inconsistency and ambiguous wording. Suggest the nominator reads through the article to identify problems as a first step, then send to Wikipedia:Peer review before re-nomination. C679 08:54, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
