Lyndon Hannibals competency as an umpire is being heavily questioned after his immature unprofessional behaviour at last T20 match between Sri Lanka and Afghanistan, it is a blackspot in cricket umpiring . As per cricket laws, a ball bowled higher than the batters waist is considered as no ball and a free hit is given. In this case it was bowled in head-height of the batter but Hannibal refused to signal it as a no ball , which definitely changed the final output of the game.
