Please provide citations for your entries, otherwise they go. BLP, and all that. In addition, I have removed Toshack for Doctrove as the citation points to Toshack being another NAME - it says it is an "also known as" not a nickname. WillE (talk) 19:12, 13 July 2012 (UTC)

Ordering

Because this is a poorly maintained article where editors come and add nicknames used once or that they have made up themselves for their favourite players and don't care if they leave the article in a mess. There are plenty of bogus / fake nicknames on here and anyone who has tried maintaining it has got fed up and left it to rot (I count myself amongst this number). I have rearranged each section into alphabetical order using their Defaultsort names. This is generally their LAST name, although due to different naming conventions around the word, some people such as Shakib Al Hasan, may appear to be incorrectly ordered, even though they are correct. - Arjayay (talk) 16:19, 12 June 2019 (UTC)
