Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to 4 external links on J-pop. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. City pop and the wall of sound

edit

Some time ago an anonymous edit from a user with a particular interest in The Beach Boys introduced references to Phil Spector, The Wall of Sound, and Brian Wilson to this page's description of city pop. While those influences can be heard in some city pop, they are misleading in a general description of the genre as a whole (explained in more detail here). The original description of city pop did a better job conveying what it actually sounds like. That said, the edit has stood for so long that it seemed worth checking here before submitting a change: would anyone object to undoing that edit? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tojikomori (talkcontribs) 03:59, 19 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Per my previous comment, I have removed the references to Spector and Wilson from the "city pop" section. Tojikomori (talk) 00:07, 21 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
